I don't give this 97K near enough attention, but every time I do it sure delivers. Others are more challenging to shoot well and perhaps that's why it doesn't get the range time as I'm working to figure all of them out. It's perhaps the best shooting all of my Weihrauch, Air Arms, FWB, and Webley rifles. Vortek PG4 HO kit with Vortek vacu-seal. The Meopta scope is perfect on this rifle. A couple of single hole 5 shot groups back to back at 25 meters. I quit while I was ahead. H&N Baracuda FT are hovering around 16# FPE. The heavier 10.64 grain pellets shoot just as well. I haven't been shooting the last several days because I set up a new ham radio station in the house and have been having fun with it, however today I just couldn't go with at least shooting, so I got my new HW30 .177 out and never missed a single shot. I have over 100 air guns and if I had to get get rid of them all would go but my 6 HW30, for an 85 year old guy they can;t be none better! Charles

Just curious if you guys just stuck to factory recommendations or you waited until dead head time went up ? When you turned it for the first time did it grease too much or too little? I am at just over 5 hrs. I checked just before todays half hour run and dead head was still around 27-28 seconds. I have not added any additional grease yet.

Continuing issue with this wonderful platform. The grub screw loosens when shooting. This allows the hammer to spin on every successive shot until your shooting shotgun spreads. I’ve added vibra tite to the grub screw and we’ll see what happens. Is successful . If it fails, blue loctite. Otherwise, this gun is a dream.

I have a AAA Paradigm .30 that I bought from an AGN member a while back, so I am not the original owner. The gun has been used but is in very good shape on the stock and excellent condition on the working parts. I had Derrick Wall completely rebuild all the o-rings and he installed the externally adjustable regulator kit so the gun can be more easily tuned. I also had him tune the gun for me. He did some of his trigger magic and has it shooting 50g pellets at 908fps.

I am moving my "heavier" guns as it is more difficult for me to move them around now and taking them out for a walking hunt is out of the question. I find that I am taking the more compact bullpups out hunting as it is easier for me to get them around. With that in mind here's what I am looking for in trade (Cash + or - as needed):

- RTI Mora 500mm (Standard) barrel length - any caliber
- Epic One - 550mm or 700mm barrel - any caliber
- Edgun Leshiy 2 60mm barrel in 7.62 or 9mm
- Taipan Slash ,22 or .25 550mm barrel

I usually use FP 10. I guess the oil should be as light as possible in order to spread evenly. Is FP 10 ok to use?

and you run out of air, I can always pick up my trusty springers starting with my FWB124. It will never be as easy to shoot as it is with one of my pcp's but remembering the artillery hold is something that I'll always remember. There's nothing like having a quality springer that one can depend on when the going gets rough. I know, some people have had some challenging moments with their FWB124s but they're not all the same with everyone. This is just a little something to think about and a lil something that I thought that I would share with everyone seeing that I've been missing in action for a little while.

Had the great pistol now for a while, got a 1000-ish shot thru it

and thats been enough to understand two things that bug me....
first is the hard edge of the "thumb grooves" on the back of the grip. not bad, really but I think I'll just _gently_ round both of those over
second thing is the safety lever. ENGAGING it is easy, just put my thumb on it and press down. But I cant disengage it the same way.... and always seem to use my weak hand to take the safety off

anyone know of an extended type of aftermarket safety lever?

I have bougt a new Redwolf .177 HP

Today I did shoot it for the first time. I did 3x pull trough to clean barrel before shooting

I was at the understanding that the setting low, medium and high should be used with JSB heavy, monster and beast (or equal from Rangemaster) due to writings and reviews.

This is my results on 20yards
Low: JSB 10.34 - 930fps (1.5cm group)
Med: JSB 13.43 - 910fps (1.5cm group)
High: JSB 16.20 - 930ps (5mm group - hole in hole)

I then tried the Monster redesign 13.43 in low setting which gave 815fps and 5mm group - hole in hole
I tried the Monster 13.43 in low setting which gave 830fps and 1.5cm group

So its shooting JSB Monster redesign at low setting and JSB beast at high setting - both to perfection

is this spot on or am I missing something about pellet choice here?

This turned up on Facebook Marketplace. Looks like a substantial pump (but I'm not sure if it is a deal). Anyway, it's not what you expect to find in the most landlocked state. Is it a deal for a serious AGer?

Shooting a Stoeger XM1 Ranger and picked up two boxes (sleeves?) of .22 caliber 22 grain fx hybrids. Excited to try them this evening but all I have is a 10 meter range at the minute. They stacked 5 slugs into one hole. Hopefully this is a good omen for longer ranges. (more recently I shout them at 40 meters and they clover leafed)

Now, I know slugs need to be pushed fast and I haven’t had a chance to chrony them yet but I’m currently shooting 16 grain FX diabolos at 874fps. 22 grain slugs probably around low 800s…maybe?

Problem is, I shot 3 of them into modelling clay and none of them expanded.

I would have thought ~800fps would be enough to cause expansion.

Any tips or ideas very much appreciated!

One of my Pard night scopes came with these really nice metal shims. Has anyone seen a source for these? I tried to email pard but haven't heard back yet. They work really well to shim all of the digital scopes that I have. Would like to get a few more of them.

I have a very slow leak.
Sometimes it leaks and some days it does not?
Checked the air tube plus theses spots?
What else could it be?
