Chronographs  SOLD SOLD- FX Digital Chronograph Display - Rechargeable w/ Bluetooth Connectivity

Hello AGN:

I'm looking to sell a mint, like new condition FX Rechargeable Bluetooth Digital Chronograph Display. This display is intended to work with the FX Radar Chronograph (sold separately); unit works great and is very easy to use. Unit will come with the original box, USB charging cable and picatinny rail mount as shown in the photos below (the last photo is a stock photo showing what the unit looks like installed on an Impact). The original nut for the picatinny rail mount was misplaced and I replaced with another one but it is just slightly too large in diameter to fit in the original opening so it doesn't quite work. FX will send you a replacement if you need it but chances are you're not going to be using the picatinny mount anyways as this display is meant to be mounted on the flat section of the top guiding plate between your cheek rest and scope rail.

Price is $200 $185 $175 shipped.

HERE IS THE DESCRIPTION FROM THE FX WEBSITE:

Rifle Mounted – Bluetooth Configured – Immediate Results!

Whether shooting in a competition, tuning an airgun, or just keeping a watchful eye on the speed your airgun is performing at, the new FX Chronograph Display is a must-have accessory. This digital display will syncs to the FX Radar Chronograph. It provides an instant feedback velocity reading, without the need to look away from your scope – as the FX Chronograph Display is mounted either under the scope on the FX Impact, or on the side accessory rail on other rifles using a picatinny adapter.

The FX Chronograph Display connects via Bluetooth to your FX Chronograph while also allowing your chronograph to still connect to the FX Radar Smartphone App (to allow for its features). Besides showing the feet per second for each shot taken, the display can also be utilized to show magazine shot count, show the battery charge left in your chronograph, as well as other forthcoming display options.

The display has a built-in battery that is recharged via USB-C cord.

I've got plenty of references here so please feel free to check them on the Member Feedback forum prior to purchasing. Paypal Friends & Family payment is prefered (otherwise, please add 3.5% to cover the fees). Local pickup in the SF Bay Area is available as well.

Thanks!

Uragan or Uragan 2 .30

Looking to purchase an AGT Uragan 2 in .30 to shoot JSB 44 gr. exclusively, not sure if this is more of a slug gun or will it be accurate with pellets. Not interested in shooting slugs. Thinking 600mm barrel or would I be better with the 700mm? Is 700mm going to be overkill for pellets?
Would I be just as happy with the Uragan and save a few bucks or should I go for the newer U2?
Any helpful suggestions or comments are appreciated.

SOLD Daystate Revere Stock

I have an extra Minelli walnut stock with very good figuring for sale. I replaced the stock on my Revere with a much lesser grade because I wanted to install a sling stud for use with my bi - pod. This stock is too pretty to be putting holes in or even beating around in the woods. My guns are tools and therefore I don't pamper them as much as some do. If you want an extremely good looking for stock for your Huntsman Revere, here's your chance. Only imperfection I could find was a small tool mark in the muzzle end probably done when the air tube channel was machined. Selling for $225 Pay - Pal f&f or usps money order, including secure packing and insured shipping to conus. Not interested in trades or offers at this time. Please deal by pm. Thanks for looking..........................Herb

SOLD (2) Bushnell Match Pro 6-24x50 scopes

Edit update 2/4/23 - 2 Scopes sold. 1 Scope left, sold pending payment.

I am selling 3 Bushnell Match-Pro 6-24x50 illuminated scopes. These are sold individually and NOT as a lot of 3 scopes. Why do I have 3 of them? After I bought the first one I couldn’t believe the optical clarity, sharpness and quality of that scope so I bought 2 more for other rifles. These are superior to any Athlon, Burris, Nikon, Weaver Arken, Sightron or Vortex scopes I have owned or looked through. So why am I selling these fantastic scopes? I have come to realize that I prefer second focal plane over these FFP scopes and need to move these to finance a high power bench rest scope. I bought all 3 new from Bushnell at a cost of $500 each.

Glass is in excellent shape. All three were mounted and lightly used as Benchrest scopes. I don’t see any scratches on any of them other than very faint ring marks. Here is a link to more info:

You can check my feedback here and buy with confidence. Selling these for $425 EACH shipped In continental US. I will accept PayPal +3.5% to cover fees (my PP is a business account so I can’t accept F&F), bank check or money order. The price is fair to both of us and it’s firm so please don’t send offers.

No trades.

.25 Avenger 95 FPE with slugs!

Had a goal of getting my avenger to over 80 FPE with slugs and I have surpassed that mark. This was with a 45 grain slugs. I honestly think 100 FPE is possible with a couple small tweaks but that may be a bit too much. I knew it was going to be hot when the first 34.9 grain NSA slug went 1100!

First Time PCP Buyer Help // Pesting // Lead Free

Hey everyone! First post, but I've been lurking for years.

I've been interested in getting into PCP rifles for a long time, but I always find a reason to not purchase one (not enough time to shoot, too much initial investment, too many options, new tech constantly coming out, whatever random thing to stop the purchase).

A few friends recently got into them and I am done with excuses! I need help picking a rifle, and I was hoping the forum could help out.

Current Plans:
My main use will be pesting rats, starlings, and pigeons. I intend to only shoot lead-free.

Budget:
I don't want to go over $500 for the rifle. I know that puts me into a lower budget for lots of the nice PCPs out there... but I want to make sure I like using a PCP before going further. When you add in scopes, fill tanks/pumps/compressors, the money just goes higher and higher. I'd love to get away with hand pumping for a while if I can (depending on gun).

What I've Looked at:
I've almost bought a P15 several times over the last few years. They seem like great guns for the price. I see there is a P35 now that looks like an upgraded model, but I haven't found many reviews comparing the two.

I'm also seeing options like the Hatsan Flashpup, or AEA Challenger that look pretty great for the price. The new Umarex Notos also looks like a ton of fun from recent threads!

Nice to Have:
These aren't deal breakers, but I'd love to have a super quiet/backyard friendly gun, that I can fill with a handpump.

That's where I'm at! I don't feel strongly about a caliber... 22 sounds fun. The only airgun I've personally owned is a Benjamin 397 in .177, so this is a whole new world for me.

Thanks!

  • Question
Air pistols, PCP air cylinders and their life expectancy

Hi guys, I'm looking at purchasing a used PCP air pistol and was wondering about the life expectancy of the cylinders. I know Steyr dates each of their cylinders and resellers of their products discount 10% off for each year the cylinder sits in their shops I was wondering how critical the age of the cylinder is when purchasing one of these guns and can they be rebuilt? Thanks.

Alkin or Cheaper compressor

I'm in need of a compressor since I can't get my tanks filled to 4500 PSI no where in the St. Louis metro area. So I've been going around and a round trying to figure out which compressor to buy. I don't get to shoot a whole lot but when I was to I don't want to held up for lack of air. So I'm torn between getting a Omega Turbo or biting the bullet and grabbing an Alkin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know some of the guys on the forum already discussed it a bit; if you find this intriguing, check out the Huben Wolfiek K1 Lite Carbon Fiber, video already up and running on my channel:

Shavings? Shrapnel?

My son just bought an Ataman M2R, bullpup in .357. This morning we were shooting targets at 50 yards. Though he was getting good groups, we noticed some extra tears in the really cheap and thin Wally World targets. Thinking it was just a fluke, we changed to fresh targets and made sure there were no 'blemishes'.

Second magazine also shot well, but those extra tears were back, some 4 and 6 inches from zero.

We are speculating what is causing this, possibly little bits of lead torn from the skirt? Anybody else run into this?

Alumahyde just peeled off can anyone help?

I have two old crosman guns that had some kind of powder coat or really strong paint. They were massively pitted and I took hours and hours sanding and polishing them down to the metal. I then roughed up the surfaces with 600 grit sand paper and thoroughly degreased all parts. I then painted them with alamahyde black. It looked great but after waiting 2 weeks for it to set it started flaking off just from handling it. I'm not sure if I needed to rough it up with a coarser sand paper or if the 3 coats I gave it was too much or if the type of metal was just not having it but I really want to get these guns looking new again. I'm willing to do just about anything. If you know a better paint that's fine. If you think I need to get a sand blaster I'll do that. I just don't want to pay to have someone else do it if I can help it. Thanks guys I almost always figure out how to get projects done after getting advice here. - Raden

Heres the situation -

these two have been chasing my hens and digging in my nest boxes for quite some time .. i put up with it for the time being because theres only about 5-6 regulars around here and that wasnt too terribly bad yet .. but past week or so ones been getting in through the garage vent i presume and chewing up my feed bags .. crossed the line .. end of the line .. wasnt ideal shots 30yds or so from my door through the brush, but these know my routine and i cant walk out without them dissipating .. anyway they got shut down with one 14.3 each from the old reliable prod ...
