Looking to add to my airgun collection

I want to thank all those on AGN that take their time to help others, I have learned a lot lurking on here. I have many powder burners but REALLY enjoy my time with airguns, so does my wife.
Currently have:
Benjamin B1500BTM in .177. Too heavy for my wife and she has trouble cocking it. Probably going to a Grandson
Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 in .22. Wife pests with this and many hundreds of squirrels have met their demise with it.
FX M3 shooting .22 slugs. I love this gun!
Half dozen older Benjamin, Winchester, Walther and BSA pistols.

I'm looking to add a few more guns, mainly for plinking and target shooting to maybe 50 yards. My wife loves shooting at 10 to 50 yards with a powder .22 pistol or rifle at those ranges, shooting KYLs, golf balls and anything else she gets her hands on.

So I would like to end up with a variety of guns. could be pistol or rifle. Has to be accurate and reliable. Interesting guns are always better. Like 22 cal but not married to the idea. Like PCPs and have a compressor so unlimited air supply, again not married to the idea. Cost could be anything but expensive guns will take much longer to work into the budget.

Would like to get a better idea of what members shoot that they enjoy and why.

I would love to find something through AoA as they are as close to local as I'll find and we are planning a trip down to see them in a few weeks. If they don't have what we decide on for the first one, maybe the second.

Over time I can definitely see the numbers increasing even if some of the powder burners have to be sacrificed to the cause.

Leshiy 2 at it again…

Got up this morning and sipping on my morning and looking out my Den window. Bouncing around my 20 yard marker are three squirrels looking for acorns. I couldn’t help myself and went to the garage and grabbed the Leshiy 2 in .30.
I have been trying some slower speeds to keep the sound down and just put on a Huma Mod50; got it shooting the 44.5 JSB’s at 704fps, which is plenty for mr.squirrel. Walked back into the den and slowly cranked open my window so not to startle the three.
Couldn’t believe that after the first one flipped over only one of the squirrels took off; the other just sat there looking at me. A quick pull of the trigger and squirrel number two down. What a nice way to start the morning!

Avenger overfill / burst disc failure

First time PCP owner here. Managed to overfill and now I have a gun that won't hold air. I'm assuming it's a simple fix with a burst disc replacement, but I don't know where to look.

Called Air Venturi. I was told it's a 6k PSI disc(or maybe it was 5k - I don't remember), but not how to get a replacement, or where it is located within the gun. Apparently there is only had one person doing tech support, and she couldn't give me any information beyond that, until they get back to me later this week.

That's helpful, but I had planned to take this thing to the range before then. I'd like to find a solution to this seemingly simple problem, but have not found anything about this issue so far. If this has already been addressed elsewhere, could someone please point me in the right direction?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Taipan Veteran Long .22 25.4 MRD?

Question for those that have had, or still own a Veteran long in .22 caliber. Does the gun shoot the 25.4gr MRD pellets well? I've read mixed results from searching in here. I'm trying to pick out my next .22 rifle and would prefer a gun that can shoot the MRD's well. I have a bunch on hand so it would be nice if my next gun will shoot them well. It won't be the only pellet I shoot since I have lots of 18's, plus an assortment of different weight "hunting" style pellets as well.

If most don't seem to like them I may switch my sights onto a Prophet Performance.

NLA LCS AirArms Sk-19 .25

I have an LCS AirArms Sk-19 in .25 cal up for discussion. It'll come with a 4×12 Hawke scope. Case. Bipod, And ammo. It's been a great gun just don't have time to enjoy it how I want to.

Asking price is 1300$ price is semi flexible. I would be willing to ship, but as I never have shipped a gun I might need help on getting it done properly.
I prefer venmo, PayPal, or cash.
If you have any questions please let me know id be happy to answer anything!

Tuning  Stock FX Impact M3 .22 600mm balls-to-the-wall tune for heavy slugs?

Not talking about accuracy or even basic common sense practicality here, I strictly want to see the biggest number I can (energy-wise) on the chrony because big numbers are a lot of fun.

How do I "tune" to get the absolute maximum muzzle energy out of my very stock .22 M3? The max I've managed so far was 62 fpe pushing JSB knockouts around 320 m/s but 145 bar seems to be about the maximum reg pressure the stock hammer can still push open. I tried to go higher yesterday but I ended up around 53 fpe with 36 grain ZAN slugs. Has anyone managed higher with this particular setup?

TX200 Another personal best at 50 feet.

This morning I had the TX200 MKIII out to the indoor range. Centerpoint 6x20 scope shooting weighed and bees wax lubed AA Field Heavy 10.3 (weighed at 10.4 grain) projectiles. I was shooting off a bench with bag in the middle only. Shot a USA 50 (2006) target. Scored using best edge with a pellet for a plug.

Scores ranged from 88 to 98. The 98 is my personal best.

Mod Edit:. Moved from Forum Feedback to general discussion.

Member lied about sending out money order and made up a story about filing a claim with the usps. I waited before posting this as he was supposed to call me back after church and no call which confirms he was full of you know what! I wouldn't care but I was looking out for something that obviously wasn't never coming😡

This .20 cal. is impressive

So far this year I’ve nailed 45 tree rats. I haven’t seen one in a month. Yesterday I saw one snooping. I had my HW97 lam stain. .20 cal. One shot 37 yds. black. This morning I’m making a coffee I see a gray. Go get the 97 and, the black disappears and a grey shows up. Again 37 yds. one shot. Half hour later I see one in my oak tree. Christmas is early. Hit the second one, down. Reload, got the third of the day. Wow. This .20 cal. is quickly becoming my favourite. 4 shots 4 rats. Number 49. Crow

Shorter superlight barrel so shroud can act as suppressor

1667765901158.png

The liner on my Dreamline superlight barrel goes into part 14 when assembled, so no air can go back into the shroud. If I shortened the barrel by 100mm and just relied on the spacers (part 12) for centering the liner, then the shroud should provide some noise suppression. I'm interested to hear from anyone who has tried this.
