PCP Rifle  NLA MK 2 impact for Trade ===Traded==== Thank you Sir.

I have recently acquired an MK 2 impact in a trade That could use a visit to the Cosmetologist lol . I currently do not wish to pay for this visit and would rather just send her down the road to someone who is fond of tinkering around haha . ( Cosmetic problems only lol ) To me she is an ugly girl ;).

It is currently in .22 cal and shooting the FX .22 cal .25 grains at around 868 fps . I have some other calibers available if desired and could be worked out with a simple phone conversation . It is missing two screws in the cheek weld area and are shown in the pics below .

Here are a couple pics for your consideration

Other  RAW pistol

After a few deals i now have the cash to buy a RAW pistol , i would like Martin to build it (he is only 2.25 hours drive from me ) MY dilemma is : do i get the Aluminum or carbon fiber tank . right now it s the AL. tank as it looks better ( i really hate the look of tank guns .) I think i need to talk to Martin and see if their is a way to get an air tube on the pistol ?

All these decisions ! YIKES

Brocock/BRK  Custom sniper hr

Havent posted on here in awhile. Figured Id share my latest boredom. I wanted to ditch the tank as I favor tube guns. So I adapted a aea 600cc tank, external reg and plenum. Adapter is 7075 aluminum. You have to bore some flow holes in the body and plug a couple things. It also has a tensioned tj .25 barrel, custom hammer and spring stop guide ( not shown). I’ll post finished results once everything is back from annodize. Its also got a custom valve and is ported. 165 bar quick test showed jsb 34gr at 1080fps. Im going to tune it for 880fps for a high shot count. Barrel is 27.5”. Lets hope its accurate!

FX  Fx impact m3 2nd reg gauge not registering - plenum not filling - think I’m loosing my mind lookin’ for a reason and still not finding .

-After 4 yrs I had of owning this gun a o-ring let loose , only the second one I’ve had to replace . I had it stored for the winter aired up and went to check and charge the digital gauge up like normal every two months or so . I noticed that there was no air. Long story short I had to replaced the o-ring behind the 2nd regulator in the block under the trigger . Purchased a new huma 2nd regulator to put into it . All went well but now the 2nd regulator gauge won’t work . I run two to adjust the regulators easier then seal off the rear when done , well that was the plan , so I got the original and the side mounted digital gauge . Also noticed the plenum is not filling as well . I’ve had the gun apart to detail clean every micro inch and even acquired a endoscopic camera to inspect . I’ve had it apart numerous times and know how it goes together learning from videos on y-tube from the likes of earnest and 911 videos . Never had an issue . I’ve probed and cleaned out the pathways to the gauge , regulators (all parts ) even installed the factory AMP regulator to check if it was the new regulator being a problem . I’ve literally worn out a huma taking it out so many times to check if it was working- I wore out the slot for the screw driver ., I’ve checked the valve rod to ensure it mated in the valve body and was not binding or hanging on the o-rings , cleaned and probed the holes in the air pathway while apart on the plenum and the block …. I’m to wits-end on this one . I’ve miked the valve rod end that screws off to 6.5 (opposite end of gun) and I have adjustment on the part you screw to the lines on the front under the barrel and adjusted the knob's on the side where the numbers are . I can not find a rhyme or reason as I say I’ve had the gun apart numerous times adding hammers and weights plus already installed a new vavle rod back last season . I take care of my equipment like a marine in boot camp . I enjoy working on my equipment when there is info and instructions and usually comes out good but - . I have the front reg set to 170 then went back to 150 to see if that mattered . Can’t figure it out . The 2nd regulator is new or was when I started . The white peek circular piece was installed cupped side facing the brass screw and I got the washer stack from the huma site for the heavy regulator , I know that is correct . The amp regulator was installed watching the 911 video ( to get the stack correct ) plus others to look for a reason ? I’ve also searched here and lerk here from time to time reading articles about the guns own to learn from others .
I hate to give in to send it back for service - anyone have this experience before ?
It also has a new valve body recently but held air since . I had it one time aired up to around 50 bar on the gauge and was increasing but blew out the o-ring in the new Huma regulator aluminum housing (middle o-ring) letting the screw out to adjust to pressure but got that put back finally and thought it was fixed but no luck . This has went on for around 6 weeks waiting for parts for the gun a couple times then parts for my compressor -then this happened . I’m learning to purchase multiple of everything from o-rings to regulator to compressors so when I have time I can shoot - but …. Not even this seems to work out well .
in 4 years of ownership I had to replace the gun housing right after I purchased it because the tiny screw was stuck where the digital gauge goes . Would not budge - so I drilled (learned later this must be heated )- I can tell you that this was not the route to take - but luckily they make plenty of spares at around $500 a whack . Lesson learned - videos of people like Ernest are your friend , too bad I can’t find a video of this problem though … and I’ve tried Not wanting to experience another, let us say unintentional mis- adventure .!
Who ever came up with 73 o-rings is one sick puppy . Seriously demented to put such small o-rings in even smaller holes (3 of them ) but my garage is better for it because I‘ve added numerous tools to work on this thing - ha ha ! After a couple hours of fitting the one in the block and then the huma regulator housing middle o-ring that I had to remove to bottom o-ring to see even with the endoscope and head mounted magnifying glass , I’ve began questioning my sanity and arguing with myself over the best way to do it . 😂 after this I’m thinking of building a stamp sized boat inside a bottle all while I’m juggling chainsaws and listening to cats mating ,eating a ice cream cone in hot august weather . It will be easier !
Please help ?

Traditional Rifle  SOLD Winchester Daisy 600x Brazil

I've had this thing a long time and just never shoot it much since the kids grow up. When I got it I took it apart and used Maccari moly and tar and just did a quick deburr. The Piston seal is synthetic BTW
I took it apart today and looked at the seal and everything and all seemed fine and just put it back together with a bit more moly.Getting those trigger parts back and were a nightmare,I forgot how it did it originally.
The groups in my garage at twenty feet and its still accurate like it always was. The safety is odd in that you don't push it forward. You pull it down and back. And the barrel , when you break it , it stops at about ninety degrees , it doesn't swing over that far.
Stock appears to be walnut? .It's not a bad looking gun.Besides the plastic trigger guard , trigger and plastic front sight.
My chronograph is at my son-in-law's house. But as I remember , it's about like an R7 in power.

PCP Rifle  SOLD wts taipan vet long. 25

had this gun for years. maybe 300 rounds shot? i have whats left of ammo. i could count them and figure out exactly how many shots taken. but whatever.
my questions about selling this is,,, how? a buyer isnt going to want to pay until they receive the gun and are sure everything is as it should be. as a seller, i dont want to send my gun off to where ever and hope i get paid. (i do have venmo. i just checked)
then shipping.... im sure that simple enough but you have to know what the costs are before either party commits.. right?

so the gun is the vet long. .25 cal. i did pay for the upgrade "knob" to adjust power. idk why. i dont even have a crony i never touched it.
it is the grey wood stock. the most accurate gun ive ever shot. holds air for years! haha! thats another thing,,, you store this gun under pressure.. can you ship it like that?
i seriously doubt an empty gun for shipping purposes 2-3 days? will hurt anything but i thought i should ask.

i dont know what this would sell for. i know with stock and upgrade knob i spent $1600.. i think $1000 plus shipping,,, someone is getting a new gun for a great deal. idk.. ami out of line?
thanks in advance to anyone for any help.
mike

ps
this photo is a stock photo but its the same

so there is no comments and im not quite sure how to change this listing so ill just edit.

she is sold and has a new home where im sure will be cared for as much as i did. AND SHOT! i just dont have the space unless 20 yards is all you care to do.
as luck would have it, the buyer lives about 80 min. drive away. so no shipping, no headaches, everyone is happy!!! :)
maybe ill get back into the hobby one day. i want to go to Florida and bag some iguanas and muscovie ducks. Egyptian geese.

thanks everyone!!!
shoot straight

PCP Rifle  WTS FX Impact Mk2 .22 600mm - $1100 shipped

Gently used FX Impact Mk2 in .22 with a 600 mm barrel. This is basically bone stock, has never been tuned (or needed tuning) for shooting the 21 grain barracuda pellets I used for hunting rats. The only modification is the addition of an Arca/Picatinny Rail and a palm shelf grip. Everything else is bone stock. Functions perfectly, no issues. Includes one magazine, the empty FX moderator, and an FX hard case.

No cosmetic issues, hardly any signs of use. Deadly accurate, is shooting at about 30 foot pounds. Holds air perfectly, no leaks, squeaks, or other problems I’m aware of.

Newbie (with physical limitations) needs your Experienced Input/Confirmation Please

Hi Everyone,
I will try to keep it short. 😊
Typically use my break barrel rifle( .22 cal pellet )to keep the squirrel population under control; however, my brain got zapped by a stroke back in May and have temporarily loss function of my (dominant) right arm & hand 🤣. My pump pistol has my leg all bruised and is a single shot. A PCP is what I’m thinking I need. Max distance should be in the neighborhood of 30-35 yds.
I need it to be plug & play and low maintenance as much as possible.
Here’s the present idea:

1. Diana Bandit .177 -EDIT - I will be using while standing at back door and steady pistol against left door jamb. Maybe carbine when I get better 😄
(https://www.pyramydair.com/product/diana-bandit-black-pcp-air-pistol?m=6348#13154)
2. Red Dot Optic - The 11 mm dovetail should make it plug and play
(https://www.pyramydair.com/product/hawke-red-dot-sights-vantagerd-1x20-9-11mm-3-moa-dot?a=8971).
OR
3. Scope - I really like zooming in but never had one on a pistol - don’t even know if it would fit and work well. Really need help here
4. Compressor- GX PUMP CS3 PCP Air Compressor https://gxpumpofficial.com/products/gx-cs3-pcp-air-compressor?variant=41717596291243
(hard to change mind on this since previously recommended on this forum). Not sure if connection to gun is compatible?
5. Anything Else? What am missing? I got some pellets
Thanks for your Help!

Interesting Groups

I got a small pellet order from Utah Air this afternoon so I had to shoot a few. Cell 7 is my P35X and not the real intended subject. The group on the left of cell 7 is FX 25.4s and the bigger group on the right is H&N FTTs. The FX is a better but still not a very good 30 yard group. This gun has progressed from not shooting at all to shooting good enough for plinking but it may not be capable of going further.

Mainly I was comparing pellets in my 22 caliber Bullshark. Cell 8 is two five shot groups. The group on the left might need to include a shot that went much higher in the upper left of the cell. If the circled area it as really good for Crosman HPs. The cell on the right is a below average group for Crosman HP in this gun. Cell 10 is also Crosman HPs from the same tin but they have been sorted by weight and head size. The group on the right has larger head sizes than the group on the left. They are all 14.3 or 14.4 grains and were going around 925 fps.

Cell 9 is the new pellets. On the left are FX 18.1s. I expected them to shoot well because JSB 18.1s shoot well in this gun. They did. The group on the right is AEA 18.3s. They shot at least as well and if one had been a little more to the right it would have been a great group. Both these shoot well and I will need to shoot more of them to decide which shoots best in this gun. They were straight from the tin. The AEA tin is interesting, it is a screw together tin like a H&N but has foam on the top and bottom of the pellets like JSB does. The pellets look good as well as shoot good. These pellets were going about 825 fps.

Cell 11 is H&N Baracuda 18s. I've shot them before in this gun and decided the JSBs shot a little better. This group seems consistent with that conclusion. The Baracudas were going 5-10 fps faster than the FX and AEA pellets.

The only bad thing about this information is I probably need to sort some more Crosman HPs. I will loose a lot of them by rejecting the smaller head sizes but it seems like I need to for them to shoot the best they can. But I may just leave them unsorted and continue to consider them my plinking pellets. My previous tests indicate domed shoot better for me in this gun and weighing and head sizing them I can see they are also more consistent. All the domed I have are old US made pellets.

I did not clean the gun or even fire any "leading" shots between groups as I switched.

Brocock/BRK  JSB Hades 15g vs. Jumbo 18g

I'm shooting a BRK Pathfinder .22mm (loving it so far). This question pertains to hunting Iguana more than target practice/plinking.
I would like to establish which pellet is best suited for these extremely tough skinned creatures. I’ve had great results with the Jumbo 18.13g pellets But got started thinking that the lighter Hades with the hollow point type quality may do more damage or better stated, cleaner kill than possible straight through shot from the Jumbo. Taking an average of say … 25 yards & no wind to speak of , I tested both however, my results were inconclusive. Im probbly testing on the wrong targets. Here is what I did: @ 25 yards I set up a metal basin. Pretty sturdy, a little thicker than a coffee can. Five shots on the right with the Jumbo 18.13g & five shots on the left with Hades 15.89g. I knew all of the pellets would go through & make an entry hole, it was the result of the exit hole that I thought would help me see the benefit of either. As I guessed the entry holes were impressive. The exit hole were non-existant. I can say the entry holes from the Jumbo, inspecting from behind seemed just a hair more aggressive but the exits were nothing more than divits that were almost identical. Still the Jumbo seemed to be a hair heavier. Next the only thing I could think of was to shoot some coconuts that were laying around the yard, same results. Entry but no extit ( bad choice of target). Lastly, the only fruit I could get ahold of quickly was a large apple. I thought I could at least get a good view of the exit. As you may have guessed both pellets just passed through. I’m not suggesting that the 18g doesn’t make a more impressive thump on entry. It certainly hits with more authority than the 15g. I’m trying to find which makes more damage. I plan on continuing this experiment. In between time I’d like to hear from anyone that can tell me definitively can the Atomic like head of the lighter Hades do more damage than the Jumbo heavier pellet.
Any feedback is appreciated.
