Does anyone happen to know of any airgun stores in Pennsylvania with a good inventory? Im located in central pa but will travel within reason. Google wasn't much help as I only found one store with a functioning website. I'm looking to handle some mid to high end pcp rifles prior to purchasing.

Hello everyone. I hope you all are having a good day.
My local gun range just opened up some airguns range slots and I’m thinking of getting a membership at said range.
They do not have electrical hookups, so, I would have to fill my airguns via the battery on my truck.
TBH, I’m not crazy about doing that. I was looking at some 12 volt/100 mah rechargeable batteries from Amazon that are advertised as RV/trolling motor/etc. batteries.
Do you guys think a battery of this type would be able to power my compressor reliably?
I have a water cooled CS compressor if that helps.
Any ideas you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I bought this gun 'used' (actually NOS) from Airguns of Arizona in April of 2024. And it doesn't get shot much, so onto the selling block it goes.

I don't see any blemishes on the gun anywhere. The chrony data I have shows that it liked AA 16 gr pellets at full power (883 fps), but shot the Hades best (most accurate) when backed down 1 click on the transfer port (842 fps). I have done nothing to attempt to tune this gun since received from AoA.

This is a handy little package, at only ~34.5" OAL and with an unscoped weight of 7#2oz.

Comes with OEM magazine (BRK new style flip-open), OEM single shot tray, fill probe with male Foster, various spare o-rings, trigger adjustment hex wrenches and owner's paperwork.

When my sons were very young, they were taught to approach people in uniform and say "Thank you for your service". We have always respected those in uniform.

Gun: Benjamin marauder
Goal: thermal(night) optical (day) scope set up with over 10x max magnification.
Budget: Low

Can I use a magnifier with an LPVO to increase its total magnification or can I not get more than 8ish with any LPVO set up (optical only)

The current scope I’m leaning towards is the Athlon Talos BTR FFP 4-14x44mm. After doing research I’m worried this scopes bottom magnification is too high and will be too pixelated from the zoom.

Last, I’m just hoping for recommendations on good quality but budget clip ons that could pair well with the talos or something else if there’s other recommendations

Huma in their instructions say they include a M3 screw that would go into the top. People tie fishing line to it so they can retrieve it and tune it.

Mine didn’t come with one and when I inquired huma said they’re outdated directions and the screw is already installed. I don’t know what they mean already but do you guys know if it’s safe to put a screw on the top now?

Managed to get my hands on the new Alpex 4K Lite—can’t wait to get out and properly put it to the test. Had to sneak out before sunrise for a quick look through it, just to see how it handled in low light. First impressions? Absolutely blown away by the clarity and how well it performs, especially for something so compact.

Let me know your thoughts if you have seen one also.

I know there is no exact definitive answer to this but just looking for a ballpark figure as I don’t have a lot of experience shooting 22. I’m curious on average how many fps slower 22 gr pellets shoot than 18.1 gr shot on the same tune ?

I'm just getting an FX DRS Pro to shoot fair with cast bullets. I'm a cast bullet PB Schutzen guy for years and mainly a spring gun guy with airguns. This cast bullet PCP airgun thing now has my attention.
it's so inexpensive to shoot compared to 22LR ammo.

Wanted a 700mm carbon fiber tube for my drs and as of yet Europe Air hasn’t had.
So around the house I noticed I’m not using the longer guns like the drs and raw and
Kratos.
They did have a 500mm carbon tube and I bought it and the barrel .

Yesterday I shot a varmint and there it laid. When I went out to retrieve I was surprised when I saw breathing. In a small game hunting situation you would have to dispatch the animal quickly and it may appear very violent to do so. Well I went in to get my quiet Beeman 177 pistol to discretely get it over with. It’s still as my now 4 pcp pistols rather large .

Question: is there a small, cheap, preferably pcp pistol to finish small game off ?
probably no pcp so how about CO2 ?
