I have one metal target that makes the most delightful ding sound. It's a scavenged piece of milled stainless steel from a biotech site that was closing. Does anyone have any recommendations for metal targets that Ring? Making metal go doink is okay, but there's nothing like that ding

Hi,
I am shooting the GK1 .25 at +~ 55FPE. So I can shoot a full magazine at this power.

So you get carried away shooting … till your mag is empty. Shooting a blank with the GK1 makes a MASSIVE noice and a “75bar” air dump.

Anyone a practical approach to avoid shooting an empty mag?
I am an engineer, i can count to 17 … but I rather be focussed on target, style, surroundings,… than keeping track of the shot count.

Would it be wrong to nod agreeing to her as I'm fantasizng about shooting that elusive one hole group at a 100 yds? I feel like I should be better than that but here I am!

Can you tell me if you use a .177 pellet seater tool? Not looking for a pellet pen type loader, just a pellet seating tool.

Letting it go as I just won't be needing it anymore. It's super accurate, super quiet and gets tons of shots. I believe it's close to 200 shots atm, reg is set to 90ish bar, and you can fill it to 300b.

I've taken iguanas as far as 114yds with it, and it will shoot both pellets and slugs amazingly.

It currently has 1 oem mag and the oem mag holder.

No mod is included.

Orion currently has the gun as he is designing mags. But I can ship it after I get it back from him which, should be soon.

The regulator of my AIr Arms FTP900 has failed and one of the four O-rings inside is found to be very hard. That O-ring is black in color. I am not sure if the hardness is due to aging or the original material is harder than usual ( e.g. NBR 90 ). May I know if regulators require harder O-rings because there are moving parts inside ?

This Uragan is in great shape with an upgraded aluminum bottle guard. I will include ammo of your choice, FX pellets or Javelin slugs. I will trade also, let me know what you have, compact preferred. Bipod not included but can be discussed along with a scope if needing to acquire.

Newly acquired Daisy 853. This particular one has a Elm wood stock. I haven’t seen these. Went through the entire gun. Total restoration. It wasn’t shot much so nothing but seals and tuning. Trigger/sear polished and a sear adjustment screw added. Trigger at just over a pound with no creep. Stock refinish. Very tight and better than new. Chroni’s at 500 fps with 7.0 RWS Basic lead wadcutters. It came with the original 853 front tunnel and rear diopter sights. I mounted a scope on this one. Accuracy test today. Will keep updating.

Seeing as I love my HW100’s so much I thought I’d share what my favourite upgrades and mods are.
1- light weight cylinder ( I use Ratworks )
2- new style cocking levers ( Apex airguns has them)
3- remove the restrictor on the valve stem ( small brass collars)
4- Rowan engineering triggers
5 - stainless swivel studs
6- 3D printed double magazine holders
7- degrease the trigger and replace with moly( not a mod but more of a must do)

I know I'm late to the party with the long since discontinued disco but I'm tinkering anyways. I made my own power adjuster that can go to some extremes, then attempted an ssg but it needs extreme spring rate to overcome the mass of the rod. I took out the ssg and set the power adjuster to max at a 2100 fill and got this string. Do I even pursue the ssg with results like this with jsb 18gr?

New to this forum, and I'll be honest, I'll be working towards contributing my 10 posts so I can deal in the classifieds. I'm pretty well a noob in terms of these fancy pellet rifles, but I did buy a used Brocock Contour S6 off another forum maybe 3 yrs ago to deal with a pesky problem of the ring-collared doves, and have found the precision of these PCP rifles to be very enjoyable. I'm not educated enough into the hobby to have expensive taste, and I hope to keep it that way. In the event I can get my 10 posts (hard as I'm not into social media or forums for the most part) than expect me to want a phone call for you to explain your rifle and how to make it work. I'm not helpless, I already did a full seal change up on my Brocock and it's back to working, but again I'm trying to stay ignorant enough to not appreciate the fine and spendy taste of the hobby. Hence why I would rather buy used from one of you that can explain these things and already have a rifle tuned up. I'm already overly invested in too many firearms and bows to get passionate about another wireless hole puncher.

If you read this far, I do have one question. My Brocock seems very sensitive to handling. If it's stood in a corner and gets knocked over, my sights will jump inches off and require me to re-zero. This happened twice before my seal fix and again once after, so I don't feel it's from my workmanship. I know, treat is better and all that, but is this common to PCP rifles?

Lastly, if by chance anyone on here likes custom knives, I'm open to trading for the right rifle. I post pictures of my knives on Instagram and FB, although admittedly I don't tend to spend any time on social media other than posting them and replying to messages.
