I've never owned or used a scope over a few hundred bucks. I've bought a few of the cheapo CVlife FFPs on amazon recently with no obvious problems. What's the deal?

Edit: not really talking about nightvision scopes... for that the price makes a bit more sense.

I was wondering if it is a problem if a airgun is send to Europe?
There are some nice second hand airguns that have my interrest and i was wondering if someone did send these to Europe.
In my case I live in Holland and we have no restrictions regarding airguns, so no caliber or power restrictions.

I did send some vintage airguns to the USA mostly HW55's and they did arrive fine.

my interrest goes to RAW, War type air rifles, they are nog common in Europe or the second hand marked is not large.

Hope someone has some advice.

After conducting a brief AGN search, I found that these rifles are mostly mentioned in the "Traditional Airguns" forum (though I'm not sure they're posting about the same guns as seen here Crosman Mendoza Springer Video ). I stumbled across a hunting video on YouTube of a hunter using a Mendoza .22 PCP to hunt what appears to have been javelina. Interesting looking rifles. Seems like the company has been around for a while. I don’t know where these rifles are made, but I suspect they're made in China, which is like many airguns on today's market. Anyhow, who is shooting a Mendoza PCP? Where did you buy it? Are there any Mexican or Central American AGN members using these rifles? I was specifically wondering if @Betohunter or @Emu are familiar with this company or these guns. If so, let us know about your experience with them. I wonder if this company ships to the United States. I also want to know how to convert their prices to USD. I assume these prices are in Mexican pesos.

Just talked to the local dive shop here in Michigan. He had two omega scba 45 min tanks that had been dropped off for hydro. He said that he found out no one in the state of Michigan can test them. For some reason they can’t be hydro tested. He said they had to be rolled and ultrasonic tested. I’m not positive but I believe he referred to them as ISO cylinders. He thought maybe it would be the case with all the China cylinders. Has anyone heard this before??

Filled the gun to 240 BAR, PW on minimum, regulator at 100 BAR sending CPHPs. Lots of plinking along with some targets over two days. Over 100 shots. Am three shots into the tenth magazine loaded… Just sent two this morning to confirm POI at 25 yards, then a piece of chalk the size of a chipmunks head at 64 yards…! Now off to work…

I own the Black Ops Sportsman 900. Everyone has been a big help. There is a lot to learn. Next rifle I want is confusing. Do I get a brake barrel or invest in SPS. Then the caliber. Do I get 177 cal. 22 cal or 25 cal ? I just do target hunting. My wife and her English Setter go Qual hunting. Too much work for me.

I just wonder what barrels they shoot well in, cuz the way i see it PPL have problem getting 20 grainers to fly well.

But maybe it is a sign of things to come, i for sure would love to be able to hurl those some times.

Just finished upgrading my m3 impact compact to a 700mm heavy barrel. Looking on some advice on what slugs people are having luck with in .25 Cal. Wanting something around the 38-40 grain mark.

The AoA Windicator performs very, very well.

I am currently using the Windicator to customize Mr. Niksch's Wind Rose used for pellet drift at 25 meters, which is the distance I shoot with my < 12FPE Piatt-Thomas BR!

Mike's Rose indicates the POI for a given wind direction on a 5 ring bull. I am using a smaller custom 6 ring bull. As such I will change Mike's bull to six rings, update the POI and add POA based on actual results using the Windicator.

some of yall know i am a big fan of the .457 piledriver. i've had about all of the .45 big bores and none has the power and accuracy of my piledriver, we have ate very well the last 3 deer seasons....ok, enuff said about that.
now my latest flashpup synthetic/sidelever in .177, i use for pesting on the farm along side my devoted HW100 carbine .177.
my son and i did a few things with the flashpup barrel and trigger assembly and now this thing is amazingly very accurate out to 30yrds with H&N 10.65, 4.50 diameter pellets running about 965fps. shot count is about 4 mags with useable accuracy.
lots of folks bad mouth Hatsan, some times it might be that they dont know how to overcome small obstacles
5 shots @ 30yrds within .33" from a hatty with right to left wind at 5-7.....

New Guy here. I’m not gonna lie I was recommended airgun nation to sell my used guns. I’ve read the whole 10 day 10 post rule so I figured I’d get active and introduce my self.
I live in Miami. Been backyard plinking with crossman pumps since I was a wee lad. I upgraded to PCPs like 5 years ago and started my war on the Iguanas plaguing South Florida.
I have to get rid of my guns so I find it ironic I must post and be active in a community that I can’t afford to participate in anymore but such is life

Not much positive to say here on AGN when the RAW MicroHunter initially became available. All the worse when Pyramyd Air put out the video on a .25 cal version, and it didn't (at least to me) perform very well. But .25 cal out of an 8.5" barrel???

Anyway I noticed that the .177 version was recently available as a "blem" at the RAW Outlet Store site for a more reasonable price (now shows OOS). And I didn't know whether anyone here on AGN had had a chance to shoot a MicroHunter in a more reasonable caliber (for an 8.5" barrel, .177 or .22), maybe with different results from the PA video?

I'm asking because some manufacturers will sell slow moving stock for a discount calling it 'blemished', just to clear some inventory. As such I wonder whether we might see more 'blem' MicroHunters show up on the RAW Outlet Store site.

Are there local places to sell an airgun?
I checked at a couple of gun shows and no one seemed to be interested. The local gun shops didn't have an interest either.
I'd prefer not to mail it and would rather deal with a buyer in person. I'd mail though if that's the only way.

I have a super nice first model FX Royale .22 with smooth twist barrel, in beautiful condition. Huma regulator added, and tuned to shoot 18gr JSB at 840fps, with plenty more to go, I just don't need full power. This is one sweeeet shooting rifle and super accurate. I'm getting into 100 yard benchrest with airguns and need a new gun.
