Ok total noob question, bear with me. If i fill the tank on my pcp at sea level, and drive to higher elevation, say 6000+ feet elevation. Could that be disastrous for my rifle or me??

Great airgun in like new condition. Very accurate. 18g pellets average around 890 fps, 16g pellets average around 920 fps, both shoot very, very well. I haven't shot anything else thru it. I have an Air Venturi 4500 compressor, the big one not Nomad, that lasted 5 hours. Of course just out of warranty but I’d still fix it myself cuz cost of shipping. Both cylinders have score lines and pistons are scuffed, rings have lines in them, intake reed valve has crusty rust on it, and low pressure cylinder bore is stained like it had been underwater. I’m big on oil changes so it’s not like I abused it, always ran 3-4 minutes after filling great white. It just started pumping slower and slower until it got really pathetic, more and more oil smell and vapor in the air. Does anyone know where I can get parts? PA is no help. Easy enough to fix if I can get parts.

Picked up a brand new Beeman R7 on Ebay for a total of $302. I think I will "sort of" give it
to my wife as she couldn't cock the RWS 34 that I use to own. What pellets shoot well in
these ? From what I've read the lighter JSB's are the pellet of choice. I have some 7.33 and
7.87 gr to try out. Also have some AA's 7.87gr as well. Probably will scope it but I don't want
a large bulky scope for such a tiny rifle. I'm thinking a 1" tube 4X (maybe 6X) strait power
scope under one foot long. Any suggestions? What about rings ? I'll post some pics and
out of the box chronograph results when I get it.

Well today while testing my old herculean strength I managed to snap my liner lock. Can't help but wonder if when I siezed the shroud on I weakened it some how. So now I am down and waiting until Monday to tell FX I need 2 or 3 so I have a back up.

I have anti-sieze on my threads at least now though.

I have been thinking a lot about getting an Fx rifle, but I having a hard time to decide which one between these two guns (New Fx wildcat mk3 bt sniper and the Fx impact m3 sniper) to buy. what's difference between these two in range and impact. Can someone advice me on which one should I pick and why? going to buy a .177 caliber.

I just purchased a Caldwell chronograph with the lighting kit. My problem is I have a really hard time getting it to record a 10 shot group, if it registers at all. I get 2-3 registered shots out of 20 shots. I have tried everything I can thank of, bright sun lite, partial cloudy, overcast, middle of the day and late in the evenings. I've used it with the sun shades and the lites on and off, and without the sunshades. I did get a couple of 10 shot groups on a partially cloudy day with the lites in the sunshades on. I do find that it works much better with my slower shooting guns, around 500-550 fps. My Hatsan is shooting(when I can get it to register) at 800-815 fps. I've tried it at different distances in front of the gun with no change in readings. Is the outdoor lighting really that critical to the Caldwell chronographs or am I doing something wrong. Thank you.

Uragan 2 600mm, .22 factory tune.
Was surprised that it shot the old Jumbo Monster 25.39gr better than my Avenger shoots the Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr at 100 yards.
I finally have a gun that will shoot my backlog of those! The ping is not as loud as my LCS ping and comparing the ping volume to my lower powered Avenger, it’s just slightly louder
but, with a little more treble. By no means too loud in my opinion(LCS ‘is’ too loud). Don’t have sub MOA yet but shows potential to get there. Trigger from factory feels light and crisp.
Carbon Fiber stock but is not front heavy.
Would be nice to have some tuning references for the U2. Anyone come across some?
