Finally, in order to achieve the required accuracy, the BSA hammer forged gradually choked barrel has been installed in the gun.

Initially I installed it in my RAW HM1000X for test purposes. Pics are here below.

This system allows indexing of the barrel too.



Following is the close up of 10 shots group at 24 yards at 950 fps using 18.13 grain JSB pellets. The outer dia of the group is around 6.51mm.

I'm looking to sell an FX Impact M3 0.25 600mm in bronze w/ FX high capacity Side-Shot magazine w/ Orion insert, FX angled gauge bracket, Magpul grip, stainless steel bolts installed and factory FX hard case. This awesome rifle is currently set up to shoot 25.39g JSB's at 905fps with great consistency and accuracy. It also comes with a complete set of stainless steel bolts already installed (with anti-seize compound applied); these bolts not only look better - they'll wear better over time as they will not rust. All of the original black screws will be included as well if you want to reinstall those instead. The FX angled air gauge was added to make it easier to read the reg pressure while shooting and the original grip was upgraded to the Magpul beavertail AR grip.

This rifle is in excellent condition, holds air perfectly and shoots extremely well. The shroud and cheek rest were both carefully wrapped in automotive grade carbon fiber finish vinyl wrap - which looks awesome but can be easily removed without leaving any residue behind if you don't want it. I got this rifle and set it all up for my brother-in-law to take care of his squirrel problem but his wife is dead set against it so it's a no-go for him and now rifle needs to go on to live somewhere where it can have a purpose in life again!

Split him open and smashed his shoulders apart. Here's the thing. No bloody mess, and ZERO movement after the shot. No tensing up, just rolled off the log and dropped to the group. I've never seen one just go limp like that.

I guess 130 fpe will do that though.

I'm going to cut him open soon to see the damage.

Turns out I have an issue....50yds 10 shots with shroud. There's one extra flier in there from a different pellet.

Upon inspection the shroud is bent. How that happened I have no idea as there are no marks on the gun anywhere. Could have been from factory?? Thought to drill out the end cap for the clipping but the shroud is putting pressure on the barrel so I'm sure in different temps will cause POI shifts. Ideally I'd love to find a shroud from someone who removed there's or I just get a 30mm OD moderator. Thoughts?

I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed here, but for some reason I'm not able to search the forum using my phone. Every time I click on the search bar, my keyboard freaks out and goes away after glitching for a second.

Anyway, I recently ordered a DAR Gen 3 from AD. Upon arrival, I checked the side lever (very smooth) and familiarized myself with the magazine by inserting it several times. Well, I decocked it last night with the magazine inserted. This morning, I mounted a scope and filled it with air. When I attempted to remove the magazine, I couldn't. It was stuck. I then attempted to dry fire it thinking that maybe it has to be fired first (again, I'm unfamiliar with the gun) but quickly found out the trigger couldn't be pulled back. I engaged and disengaged the safety several times but still couldn't get the gun to dry fire. I then removed the scope and scope rings. The magazine is still stuck and I still can't pull the trigger. I didn't want to force anything, so I put the gun down and came here to ask for advice.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this issue?

Sometimes I will take out my FX PCP (Impact M3 or up until recently, a Maverick) and as easy as it is to smack a fly with a fly swatter, it’s even easier if you blast it at point blank range with $2K rifle and 50 FPE worth of air lol…

It's N2 filled, fog proof, shockproof, and waterproof. It has the side focus, and is double-braced internally for safe use on magnum power springers. It works great, with clear glass and sight picture. I am including a set of (medium ?) Scope rings that are picatinny/weaver quick release. The turrets have sealed removable caps. A few days ago I was searching for o-rings for the fill probe for my DRS.

I purchased an M3 kit from another company and they had every o-ring in 1 bag. I had to print schematic that I was supposed to be able to find what o-ring went where, it was a joke !

I was given a Diana 34 but it won't fully cock. I dont know any details on the thing besides its a Diana 34 in .177 with serial # 01140424. I can break the barrel about 1/3 of the way and then it hard stops. Can't get it to budge.

At the end of the rod that pushes the spring back there looks to be a small metal square piece that looks like it's split.

It moves with the rod but it doesn't wiggle or wobble so I assume it's supposed to be there?

Not sure if this is the problem? Not even sure what this part is as I couldn't find it on any diagrams. Attaching picture of the part.

I cant see anything else that looks wrong but afraid to do anything more than take the stock off as i do t know what i am doing.

Any suggestions?

I got this in a trade a couple of weeks ago thought it would be great to have a semi or full auto function shot a few mags with JSB 44.75 and NSA 43.8 HP DB slugs very accurate and it's a hoot to shoot on full auto but it's just not the rifle for me, I'll stick with my L2 30. I finally got several tins of the new JSB 25.39 Shallow Pellets. Went out to my local outdoor range today and shot (4) N50 cards. I am admittedly a bit rusty, as I have been focused on the 30Y and 40Y Challenge targets for months.

I was going to just shoot and measure groups at 50 yards, but after the first 10-shot group, I realized that would be a waste of time. Then decided to shoot some N50 cards. Shot a 245-8X, 241-5X, 232, and a lousy 228. The spread on the '245' N50 card was very tight, and most shots were at 941-942 FPS range. If you track my cards, you can see where I got a good bead on the wind hold ( shot some consecutive 10's ) and then poof - shot a 7 or 8 and had to regroup.

I will try this again at 100Y and cherry pick a light wind day. Will try the EBR 100Y targets for that adventure!

I like the new shallows for the RAW .22 HM1000X. JTS equivalent pretty good also at 50Y, can't really say which are better but I think the shallows edge them out a bit at 50Y.

For those with a collection of rifles and pistols I bet it's not uncommon to have 1 or 2 that get significantly less shooting time than the rest. What is the 1 reason for a rifle you own to collect dust more often than not? For me it is usually weight. As much as I like some of features from larger scopes, adjustable stocks and other things that have a benefit...if it weighs too much at some point it becomes unused. The majority of my stuff is outfitted with irons, or red dots for that very reason. I have 2 rifles with scopes, both are light to begin with, and neither is huge or loaded features.

I am looking for a budget tier LPVO with a first focal plane reticle to put on a Notos. Something in the 200-300 dollar range. I spent a couple days scouring the internet and am running out of ideas. I looked at midwayusa.com, brownells, natchez, primary arms, vortex, burris, bushnell, SWFA, and a few others I can't think of rn... I don't even care if it's a BDC reticle for a powder burner, MOA, or Mils at this point. Anyone got any ideas?
