When you all are dissembling your airgun and need to clamp down your air tube, what do you use to keep from marring the surface? Same with bottles.

After much experimentation with FX Dreamlines and other Crowns with ho-hum accuracy, I finally got some really promising results with my FX Crown MKII Saber Tactical. I had a .177 600 mm barrel that I tried in another Crown that didn't seem to work well for me, so I put it in the Saber model that I was using for 100 yard shooting in 22 cal. I left the reg setting the same (140) and installed a Huma dual transfer port. I was able to squeeze 1020 fps from JSB 13.4 KO slugs and over 1100 fps with 10.3 slugs. I also tried NSA 12.5 and 15.0 gr slugs. The KO 13.4 gr worked the best when I turned the power wheel from Max to the next lower setting achieving 985 fps. The other slugs were not too good. At 100 yards, methinks this works pretty well for a .177 rifle. I can't wait to try some ZAN 13 grainers too.

Firstly, I know almost nothing in regards to barrel specifications and design. I do understand twist rates and their causal relationship with projectile weight. Now FX uses liners, so we’ll put them aside for this post as I’m curious about cold hammer forged barrels such as BSA and CZ , which I love. Do other barrel makers use different degrees of same procedure? If not, what are some of the other techniques? What are the advantages? I find cold hammer forged barrels generally agreeable with a fair range of different projectiles. So, barrel gurus educate me on differences/advantages of others. LW, TJ, alpha precision, polygonal and so forth. What other techniques used besides cold hammer forged? Many thanks.

I am getting a new Feinwerkbau 800 tomorrow from Champions Choice. They do not have this. I am looking for a Centra front iris that had the square in it that magnifies the 10 meter target. Does anyone know where I can get one? Possibly the cost? Finally I realize they come in different sizes so which one for my rifle? As you can tell I am relatively new to the airgun world. Thank you

Today was a beautiful sunny day so I took the Ghost outside for some fun, and after shooting pin cones with slugs at 127 meters and pellets at 57 meters I felt that if i don't share some videos with you guys I would be very selfish.

Honestly the BRK Ghost is more accurate than the shooter (if tuned well of course).

Here are two videos -1- at 127 meters shooting .22 JSB KO 25.39gr. slugs and -2- at 57 meters shooting JSB redesigned 25.39gr.

I have this Impact X for sale with an Aztec 5.5-25x50 SFP MOA scope and three magazines. Basically what you see, including the case (not the table underneath though). The rifle currently shoots JSB 18 grain pellets at about 890fps and generates some tight groups. It just hasn't been my go-to rifle so it's probably better that someone else have it. It has been recently resealed and the gauges were replaced with Huma gauges. Originals will be included.

I purchased an air Venturi compressor along with a Taipan Veteran 22 in probably 2018. Health, life and a move for family health reasons they have both sat since 2020. I have filled my rifle a few times in the last couple of weeks. I’m having separate issues with my Thai pan but a fellow member in here I believe has helped me fix it. My compressor, however, stopped working after approximately 30 minutes of runtime it just shut off. It has power has the lights Behind the coolant and compressor switch are still lit. The reset button does nothing. Anyone else experience this? What was your fix? Thank you.

Keep hearing about the 22 cal pumpers and springers outshooting 22rf at 50 yards and less. However, when I research them I find prices >$500. Is there a QUALITY accurate pumper or springer for < $300? Not sold on a "break barrel" as I can't see how that system is accurate.

Basically I created a Voltron compressor by linking 5 shoeboxes together to fill a 4500psi SCUBA tank.... for science. On this channel I risk life and limb so you don't have to! Anyway, this was completely safe and worked. You're gonna wanna see this one.

Purchased this used from AoA about a year ago. Originally came with the long, 24.5" barrel. I bought a 410 mm barrel shortly after purchasing and added a Ratworks aluminum air cylinder which doubled the shot count and reduced the weight. Great shooting airgun. Super quite. Last shot string on 3/3/24: 756 average fps with JSB or FX 15.9, 74 shots (6 magazines+), SD 3.6. I've drilled a small hole to allow access to the hammer spring without removing the stock as shown in the pictures. Stock has quite a few scratches on it, but the metal is in good condition except for some marks on the end caps from when I replaced the air cylinder. Comes with everything shown in the pictures including the original barrel and six magazines. Two metal original Weihrauch mags and four from Alternative Mag, which I like much better. Hey so it’s new gun day for me, HW80 “long rang hunter “ .22 beautiful gun. Fit and finish is outstanding.

The problem I’m having is why does it make 13.5 ftlbs. The factory tag says so and so does the chronograph.

It’s not exactly the OG Magnum as described, so my question is what kinda power is everyone else getting? Also my HW77 only 6 months old is making 14 ftlbs so I’m guessing I must not be the only person wondering?

But a FAC HW80 that doesn’t make HW95 velocity I really could have save some money

Max recently broke valve seat, JTS replaced under warranty, new one broke after a dozen shots. No response from JTS for purchasing another so looking for suggestions. Does anyone make these out of stronger material? Thanks, WM

Unfortunately, no time to enjoy. The rifle as shown was purchased new from Airguns of Arizona, quality controlled/assured, Athlon Cronus scope sighted and indoor range tested 9/30/2023.
