Has anyone had the DonnyFL SHOGUN on a Airforce Condor and did it quite it down? My talontunes 14 shroud dose hardly anything to quite my down.

This has been discussed a few times but I really like the quality of this gun even though it is severely limited in its use. I use it to spook off the dozens of geese that poop ten tons on my yard.

I have a number of expensive airguns but have recently began seeking a light gun to hunt with. After watching several You Tube videos on the Airforce TalonP I decided to try one out. I must say I am very impressed by the amount of both power and accuracy this little "pistol" produces. With it's 12" barrel it shoots as fast as most of my more expensive guns and at 20 yards it is capable of one hole groups and well able to be used to hunt small game. I am shooting 33.95gr pellets at 8-850fps and the power adjuster is only on 6. I would also like to thank Utah Air for their extremely fast shipping. This little fella also has the replaceable orifices on the air valve which is allowing me to get almost 20 accurate shots.

Has anyone done this ? it seems to check all the boxes for an acceptable lubricant for spring guns? I wouldn't use it for chamber lube but for everything else it seems almost perfect?

Modifications include a larger cocking handle, plenum, Huma high flow transfer port, pellet probe, short FX moderator, additional sections can be added to it. This is a very accurate gun out to 100 yards (that's typically the farthest I shot it) and has complete power adjustability to shoot 18 gr or 25 gr pellets well over 1,000 fps if desired. I competed and typically shot the rifle around 975 fps with a 25 gr JSB Redesign. (The above statement is from previous owner.) He bought it new. I purchased, put five mags thru it @ 50 yds 1" squares on targets to check operation. Put in the safe and has just been sitting, so time to move it along. Decided conventional rifle style works better for me, so up for sale it goes.

Yesterday went to the Grand Rapids gun show and came across a nice Sheridan Blue Streak. Has a low serial number of 104xxx and a nice figured stock. Doesn’t look like it had hard use. It shoots hard and holds air. $150.00. Was happy with the deal. Came with a full yellow container of pellets and a nice case.

Posting it here, I am broke, so maybe some member who is local can possibly walk away with a great deal. Doesn’t say anything about running condition it has be stored in a warehouse for???? Looks like it is practically brand new. Please do your due diligence before possibly making a purchase.

By first time in life I am going to a pheasant hunting at the beginning of November. We will use shotguns.

Would it worth it to take with me an air rifle to try to get one with air rifle or not?

I mounted an Optisan 3x12 on an HW95 using Sportsmatch rings. The scope arrived close to optically centered - was verified by mirror method.

Next step was to set up plumb line and at ~ 5 yards and align vertical crosshair. Did this to align bubble level on scope tube with vertical crosshair.

I then set up mirror 5 yards and align vertical crosshairs to centerline of objective lens and muzzle. I must admit that it not not easy to see objective clearly, but it looked close.

FWIW I also had bubble level on dovetail, which was also pretty close.

After snugging all screws down I took outside to have a look. Set up target at 30 yards and leveled grid. When crosshairs aligned with target, scope bubble level is off. If level scope bubble leveled, crosshairs are counterclockwise a few degrees.

Rechecked scope crosshair alignment to plumb bob and scope bubble level matches.

I suspect that scope not aligned to rifle bore resulting in cant error, but what is most sensible way to correct?

I have mounted many scopes on bolt action powder burners successfully and also one PCP. For some reason this springer is not working out.
