I have two moderators for sale today. Both are .22 with 1/2"x20 UNF threads.

1st up is a 0db 160S in black. Purchased new from AoA to test out and compare. Only a handful of shots fired through it and in excellent condition.

I am looking at the ultimate sporter for HFT. but the left side loading looks like it will be in the way of a side focus wheel? Is there a way around this?

I need a HFT rifle and the ultimate sporter seems neat so that I can adjust the power down easy for indoor shooting during the winter. But I am totally open for ideas or suggestions

Set up a can filled with water at approx 70yrds (68yrds exactly), and I swear I saw a glimpse of a sideswipe blow on the first shot that failed to knock the can over. So i proceeded to shot two more without any change to POA. To no avail, still didn't notice any movement on the can.
Frustrated, I go down range to check out what's going on (as i know quite well my holdover for this shot) and saw I nailed all three shots under an inch

As I continue to reduce my airgun collection I am putting my much loved EVOL Mini 22 up for sale. This is an amazing airgun of superb top tier quality. This EVOL is in very good condition and comes with one magazine. The magazine has no loading or rotation issues with any pellets or slugs I've put in it.

Crazy accurate with the Crosman 14.3gr Premier pellets @ 800 fps, which is the current tune. ~20fpe Will also send the JSB 18s around 730fps with this tune. Have made very tight near single hole groups @ 50 and even quite reasonable (with the Crosmans no less) out to 100 yards. The regulator is currently set to 1250psi and this will net you over 66 shots (6 mags) on a 3,800 psi fill.

Tuned to ~20fpe this Mini is backyard friendly with the stock moderator. I am also including a DonnyFL adapter so you can add your own 1/2"x20 UNF moderator for even more sound reduction.

I've been using the earlier ProChrono model for six years and it's now becoming unreliable. I'm not terribly upset with it's lifespan. It's gotten tons of use. I'm considering getting the newer DLX model to make it easier to record and save shot strings.

If you have one and use their app could you please give me your thoughts?

To keep things on point. I want to say, I'm a break barrel springer guy so I'm not interested in pocket chronos that you have to attach to the barrel. I can't afford a Lab radar or the new FX Radar.

Would it be possible to push a 40 grain slug to the same power output as the new .35 caliber FX Dynamic? Why or why not?

For reference, the new Dynamic is pushing the .35 cal hybrid slugs at 1080 FPS which means 176 F.P.E.

Could I reach 170-ish F.P.E. with a 40 grain slug or a custom made .22 slug that’s heavier?

Four of the six values seem incorrect. This is directly from my scopes user manual. The manual also says that determining mils read must be made at the highest magnification(16x). However I placed a 3.6” target at 25 yards and it equals four mils at less than 12x. ? Either I am not understanding something or this manual is just garbage. ?

First I scoped the four to 30 yds. Distance of the target. New target. 10 shots each. First two rows, total 80 shots consecutive, switching guns after 20 rounds. After supper I shot last row 10 each. I fed the.22 JSB’s 15.89, it’s about my only gun that doesn’t like them. Not fair comparison. Unfortunately I was stubborn and wouldn’t switch.
I’m not a great shooter. A few members do better with Diopter’s, all in good fun.
All are factory except the .20 has a Vortek spring in it. It’s sound is in a league of its own. The other three had a twang.
The 25 was solid, I pulled 3 on first target. The .177 did a solid performance. Handling the .177 round is my biggest beef.
I liked the .20 and the .25.
Some of you guys are wicked shooters with awesome guns. Let’s see your 97’s and your performance with it.

about a month ago. Contacted Todd from AOA and started to tear it apart. What I found as you see in the pictures is the rubber bushings in the gear housing are dry rotting even though they are covered in gear oil all the time. So the ones that have completely failed are knocking, I am hoping, which would explain the intermittent knock. He suggested gas line hose which I found at Ace Hardware, they actually had a great selection of hose. Don’t know if anyone else has had this problem, and I hope you don’t, the compressor is about 8 years old. The last picture shows the motor end with the roller and regular bearings which turned fine. Didn’t see any metal shavings in the oil or elsewhere so that’s a positive. Rick
