I have a gen 2 marauder. Lots of good mods. Lots of tuning. Several Jefferson state parts that I am happy with.

My factory air valve broke. Decided to take a chance on the JS air valve. Installed it and I am having issues with my fps ranging from 550-950. It’s all over the place. I text the owner, which I think is a stand-up guy. He hasn’t responded yet, (no biggie) it is the weekend after all. In the meantime, I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with one. Any issues? Any feedback?

I just want know the comparison of accuracy in polygonal barrel of RAW and cut rifling barrel of RAW that Martin used to offer.

Are both choked or unchoked?

In .22 and .25 which pellets are normally best in cut rifling?

At how much high fps the cut rifling barrel mantains accuracy with pellets?

My favorite rifle got an impromptu sighting system. I ordered this red dot for my AR. I decided to give it go on my favorite air rifle.
What's novel is I can still use my peeps through the riser mount. That's good because the peeps get hard to use in dim lighting and dark backgrounds. The other thing that may be fun is to zero the red dot at 50 yards where much past that the peeps become hard because the front post covers too much target.
Accuracy is about the same between the two set ups. Top and bottom left is the peeps. The rest was sighting in the red dot. 25 yards - red stickers are 3/4"

I recently returned a GRS Dreamline stock to Utah Airguns. The first one had some minor damage, but if I'm buying new I'm expecting none of that, so I returned it. Today, I received the replacement, and fitting it to the frame has been impossible. I know fitment of these things is tight, but the force I'm using doesn't even compare to the install video I'm watching. His slips in with minimal force:


I'm having to use all of my might, and things still aren't fitting together. I actually called Utah Airguns for some advice. They suggested coating the frame with Ballistol, but it's still not happening. I don't know if this is operator error or not, but my patience is wearing thin here. And don't even get me started on trying to remove the stock without damaging the thing. I was, eventually, able to. What I found inside was that just about everything on the gun was grinding against the inside of the stock. Again, I know fitment is tight, but this is ridiculous. The biggest issue is the ridge near the airtube. I think this is what's preventing me from moving the stock back far enough.

Do I roll the dice again? I'm sure Utah Airguns is getting sick of me, but, man... I just want one that's not damaged and actually fits the rifle.

This user reached out to me in regards to my wtb ad for an A A A Slayer, one of the rarer rifles to pop up for sale and most who own them don't want to sell them.

I asked him to text me and he did, albeit quite some time later.

My phone will tell me who the phone is registered too however for this number from a Florida area code it it was deemed to be a VOIP caller.

I know VOIP setups are used for other type of scams and the shortness of the 3 texts really had me feeling something was off. I didn't even let it get past "pleasantries" before saying good luck I am not interested.

I then check the feedback and it shows he's left 1 and has had 1 left.

The 1 left was from user Gaga , both left feedback for one another saying they're both great sellers.

Tan_k barely has enough messages (10) to partake in classifieds and Gaga does not.

Either way, something just does not feel right.

Personal best. Shooting the RAW in .22 with the poly LW barrel. Groups are with the 25.39 RDM's traveling at 920F PS. We had a rare day with very minimal wind.

I have lucked my way into a few good 5 shot groups, but rarely if ever 4 MOA groups in a row. the best was right at .5!!! Super stoked.

Both of the gentlemen I was shooting with also had amazing results today. One had his Impact shooting H&N 30 grain .217 at 970 and the other shooting 86 grain home cast slugs from his Texan at 970+. Both had several MOA groups at 100! All in all it was a terrific day at the range.

Now that I have my stolen huben back in my possession thanks to @jbull again for doing the right thing and kelly for getitng it tip top shape and back after being mishandled. The clown scratched out the serial number it seens to be just surface deep as I ran my nail over it and it's not very deep. I was wondering if anyone has found a touch up that works on this types of parts as I don't want to strip and redo the entire part. I bought Oxpho-Blue Professional Grade Cold Gun Blue (Cream Formula) which looked like it would work but it had no reaction. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I picked up a Theoben Sirocco last week. but didn't have anything to put on her. I bounced back and fourth on what to get but finally settled on a Athlon Talos 4-16x40. Daylight was on its last legs by the time I got it mounted but I managed to get two 5 shot groups in before it was completely gone. Tomorrow will be the big day for testing but I have very high hopes for this pretty gal.

Put new .177 carbine barrel on my .22HP ghost but find it is too loud for my liking. Unfortunately, my .22 Falx diameter is too big to clear 480cc bottle, so I’ve considered:

1 - buy smaller 300cc bottle (less shots )
2 - see if I can get a ghost plus shroud to replace shorter carbine shroud (do they exist?)
3 - put the longer .22 hp shroud on and see if it quiets down enough (kinda defeats purpose of the short carbine barrel)
4 - open to other ideas…

For sale is an AirForce TalonP Carbine .25 cal. I purchased it new as a blem direct from the AirForce Shop. I purchased it with the intention of experimenting / tuning it along with the Ring Lock Kit and a .20 barrel. The only change I’ve made was install the .20 cal barrel. It was listed as a blem but I can’t see anything wrong with it cosmetically. Item includes the TalonP Carbine in .25 cal, a 12” .20 barrel, fill adapter and Ring Lock Kit. I will also include a tin of .20 JSB 15.9 grain pellets. $400 PayPal’d and Shipped to lower 48, no trades and won’t part out.

If your Panter shoots better than this, I'd like to see that. Also, this gun does this out of the box. It literally stacks 60gr Altoros airgun slugs on top of each other at virtually any distance. The most impressive slug gun I have shot since I started my channel..so out of 250+ guns...this one takes the top spot. Thanks for watching! -Nate

Was refilling my tank and one of the hoses let loose I about crapped my pants lol... Any one else experience this split second oh God what just broke feeling?

The AEA HP SS should take the prize for the most unreliable air gun ever.

I had many issues with my AEA HP SS bought about 10 days ago:
-broken magazines
-stripped rod disconnecting from the bolt handle
-very rough and loud, recoil action in semiauto (reminds me of my springer days)

I fixed the magazines (it only took 1-2 hours ) by extending the spring ends using pliers.
I fixed the semiauto problems by converting the air gun to bolt action.

My AEA HP SS gave me another issue over the past week.

At some point the trigger stopped working.
The hammer was cocked, but pulling the trigger would do nothing.
Then after many attempts of pulling the trigger it would again start shooting.
It felt like the trigger would work most of the times, until it didn't.

After almost 2 hours trying various things, including trying to take apart the trigger, I realized what the issue was.

I spent some time trying to figure out what was the shiny thing in the area between the valve and hammer and then to take it out.
From its rough semiauto days, a pellet had gotten into the trigger area.

To take out the pellet I used a very long hemostat, a tool used mostly in surgery, but very helpful when you own an AEA air gun.
