PCP Rifle  NLA AMERICAN AIR ARMS EVOL .30 - 6 MONTHS OLD - NEAR PERFECT

Six months ago, I purchased my AAA EVOL 30 Caliber from Air guns of Arizona. It is a beautiful, reliable air gun in near perfect condition. The warranty is 3 years on the original air gun so is good until September 2026. I just spoke with AOA to verify warranty. Logan said the remaining warranty can be transferred for a small fee of $45. The reason I am selling is I find I want an air gun with more adjustability. I am new to air guns and this EVOL is my first air gun. The air gun has a couple of very minor handling marks, but you would need to look closely to find them. No leaks and it work perfectly. I paid $2,895.00 for the air gun on 9/20/2023.

The air gun came in a cardboard box with form insert and that is how it will be shipped to the buyer, With the air gun will be the original magazine. I just ordered 2 additional CARM magazines, which will be included with the sale. In the photos the scope, rings and bipod are not included.

Regarding myself I can provide local references. I am a lifetime member of the National Sporting Clays Association, and a longtime member of local gun clubs. A buyer will be asked to supply references and a photo, and I will provide the same back. Safety for both buyer and seller is important. The gun will ship once payment is made and verified. Payment by PayPal or cashier's check or money order. $2,000 plus shipping cost of $50 in main 48 states. Will only ship within the USA.

REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED. I WOULD BE WILLING TO TRADE FOR AN FX PANTHERA 600 OR 700MM .25 OR .30, NEW WITHIN THE PAST 7 MONTHS, AND YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

Air Venturi  Today was a very happy day 👍😊

Well today I am super happy, because I was finally able to shoot my first gen Avenger and second gen Avenge-X classic .22 cal airguns without a single pellet getting jammed between the barrel and the oem mags. I strongly suggest to all the people who may also be experiencing this same issue with your Avenger, to don’t hesitate and buy this high capacity 15 shots Maple magazines that are made in Canada, in my honest opinion they are the best aftermarket magazines money can buy.

At first I was having this issue with the oem standard and high capacity mags that's why lately I was shooting my Avenge-X with the OEM single tray only, however later it started to do the same with the aftermarket Carm magazines as well…🤷🏻‍♂️🙄. But this issue was solved as soon I started shooting with this others aftermarket magazines made in Canada. For this reason I recommend them to all the people who are shooting with this same airguns, but this issue was only happening with the .22 not with the bigger and heavier .25 cal pellets.

Today I shot 5 groups of 5 shots each at 35 yards with the JSB 18 grains pellets with the new Maple aftermarket mags without a single issue, but our local weather was very windy not the best conditions to make good groups but I did them anyway (I took a short video). Despite the strong winds two of the groups were completely covered with a dime and three with a nickel. I was shooting with the tune shown in some of the pics, the reg was set to 2000 psi and the h/s was 4 turns in (clock wise) from all the way out. I hope this info could help others that may be having this same issue.

Other  CF Bottle advice

So I have my gun and my compressor which are working fine at this point. So I have been mulling over the idea of getting a CF bottle to fill up and use to fill the gun faster and easier as well as take some of the stress off of the compressor. Is it a wise purchase? Where can you get a good sized bottle without having to spend as much as a new gun? I have read about the used Scott SCBA bottles but they all seem to be past their recommended life span. I am the type of guy who doesn't really want to mess around with something that is past it recommended life especially when we are talking about something that could potentially kill you dead if it fails. I've seen videos of compressors that exploded and they were only 150-175 psi I can't even imagine what 3000+ psi from a small vessel would look like and do. So is the only safe way to do this buying a bottle new that costs $400+? And then how much is it to outfit it with all of the hose and connectors?

Epic  Epic two with very bad regulator creep :-(

I have an Epic two compact in the U.K. that was bought new by a previous owner 7 weeks ago that has a really bad regulator creep issue, it’s set at 90 bar for sub12 fpe and it’ll Creep 5-10bar over an hour or so making it useless as a hunting tool as one or two dry fire shots need letting off before it settles back down to 90 bar, due to a family member being seriously ill I’ve not had any chance to investigate further so it’s been put away and in a week it’s crept 25 bar :-( so obviously has a major issue, anyone else own one of these and noticed any reg creep at all? I’ve tried contacting Epic airguns through the website and instagram but as of yet had zero response

FX  Is the FX King a step forward or backward?

After considering the FX King it is my opinion that it is a step backward from the Crown in several respects. Is it really necessary to have both manometers angled on what is supposed to be a traditional stock rifle? It has three negative points against it for me. I'm left handed and the manometers are on the opposite side. They make the King wider taking up extra space in a gun safe. It's like a 400 lb. passenger in the middle seat on an airplane. The edges of the gauges are a hazard for scratching wood stocks standing next to it in a safe. A tactical design FX Impact or Panthera with an angled manometer doesn't look as strange as a wood stocked King with two manometers sticking out of the side. It makes the King look "Rube Goldberg-ish". The King stock has a truncated fore end which is less attractive than a Crown stock with a proportional length fore end.

Sometimes manufacturers go too far off the deep end trying to be unique and ground breaking with new designs. My guess is the Kalibrgun Argus with its square barrel shroud hasn't sold well with it's quirky shape. The FX King might appeal to some but it's hermaphrodite looking and a step backwards from the Crown it evolved from. King lovers, sorry to tell you that your baby is ugly.

Should i store air rifle in a hard case or in a gun cabinet for protection

I keep my air rifle in a hard case , the ones that have the eggshell foam inside them. I see there's cabinets aswell but they cost significantly more. Are foam padded hard cases good enough to store the air rifle in without it rusting or internals/stock/barrel deteriorating

What do you use?

What's the One that Got Away?

Anyone care to share their tale of missing out on an air gun and the stinging feeling of remorse that followed? Whether its a childhood memory of never getting the "it" bb gun when all your friends had one. Or turning down a gun for one reason or another, only to regret it later down the road. Or hesitating to buy something when it was cheap and/or easily available that is now rare and/or expensive. Or missing out on a great deal.

I'll start off with mine; After flirting with this hobby for a couple years and cutting my teeth on the typical starter brands and learning from forums like these about the true quality guns and their history, I decided I wanted to graduate to the next level and started looking for something special and well-built. One Diana 34 later and I was hooked on German guns. I'd found my following and fell down the rabbit hole pretty quick.

Around that time (about two years ago), I was looking through the local Craigslist listings one evening before bed and low and behold a Beeman R1 with Blue Ribbon Model 66 scope popped up not more than a few hours prior. Asking price: $125. I called the number as fast as I could and managed to connect with the seller who said it was still available. I told him I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but because of the late hour asked if we could meet first thing the next morning which he agreed to.

I felt like I won the lottery! Finding an air rifle that made magnum springer history with period correct scope to boot for that price was sensational. It would easily be the jewel of my fledging collection. I could hardly sleep I was so excited. Around 6am the next morning I wok up, and checked the Craigslist ad again for whatever reason. The page was gone. My heart dropped but tried not to panic. I waited until a decent hour and called up the seller who told me the rifle was no longer available. Apparently not more than a few minutes after we'd spoke the night before, someone else called saying that they were in the area and would like to check out the air rifle. Naturally, the rules of first come first serve played out... I was devastated at the time and spent the rest of the day cursing myself for not having jumped in my car as soon as the opportunity presented itself.

Turns out I would ironically meet the lucky buyer a few weeks later when he responded to an ad of my own for a cheap Chinese Beeman that I was trying to sell. We ended up having a good laugh about it, mostly about the serendipity of it all. But I'll be honest, the sting of missing out on that Beeman by such a slim margin lasted a while. Luckily I now have an R1 of my own (below) that's been doing a good job of helping me forget that memory. (Although I paid a lot more than $125 for it!)

PCP Rifle  SOLD Shin Sung Career II 707 .22 carbine

I’m selling a rare (and getting rarer) Shin Sung Career II 707 carbine in .22 caliber.

I own a handful of these Shin Sung underlevers, and they are some of the most durable, powerful, omnivorous and reliable air rifles ever made. This gun puts out 80+ FPE with heavier pellets when dialed all the way up. An ideal rabbit hunting or coyote gun. This carbine version is so compact and lightweight that you can walk around in the woods with it all day without feeling the strain. The open sights are excellent and provide rapid target acquisition. The underlever cocking system allows you to rack shots as fast as you can flick your wrist. And the best part is just how handsome it is—the engraving on the action is classic and awesome. The stock is gorgeous. Truly a timeless rifle.

Selling with 2 magazines. The dovetail rail is a bit scuffed but not damaged. Gun is used but in great condition. These are no longer produced, and collectors are buying them all up, so you will see less and less of them.

Asking $625 shipped conus. Will only consider trades for a Dragon Claw II (the newer version). Zelle preferred.

N/A  Quality trouble free PCP

What's your idea of a quality trouble free PCP that will reward with GREAT 50yd accuracy. I already own a BSA R10 (Huma-Air regulated) and an AA510 non regulated. Both are capable of 1/2in with no wind and its favorite pellet (FX 16gr) at 50yd. Not wanting to push past 50, just want best options available. I realize that RAW or FX would be more accurate, but at what cost. I just want to shoot, not work on the things. Oh and it has to be magazine fed. No single shots. Too much time.
