Man, I'm glad someone is getting Skout's attention.
I posed a question to them on 4/21 and got a 'canned' reply that same day stating that it could take up to 72 hours for a reply.
No problem.
On 4/25, I again got that same 'canned' reply. Okay, past the 72-hour mark, but okay.
On 4/28, I got a reply stating that the techs were working on it and it would be answered that day. Never got an email answer from them.
On 5/3, I re-emailed them asking why there was not an answer yet.
On 5/7, I got a reply that did not answer my question but stated that the product in question wasn't stocked. Not my question at all.
On 5/8, They sent me a link to the Skout website that had ZERO to do with my question. I replied stating that, and got another reply. My question is still unanswered.
On 5/9, I received another reply stating that they already sent me the link (the same link from 5/8). I replied stating that the link sent me straight to the Skout site, NOT the manufacturer's site for the needed information on a product that they use on their rifles. They then stated that they don't understand that the link provided wasn't correct.
I then stated that I give up and never received any more emails.
Today, I just tried calling at 12:55 PDT and got a message that the voicemail is full and no more messages are accepted.
Overall, that's what I would call POOR service.
I'm hoping that Skout sees this thread and ups their status, right now, it ain't good!
