Theoben  New scope for the "new" Sirocco

Only thing is my later Sirocco Deluxe doesn't have to come out of the stock to pump up. Don't dare try cocking one out of the stock. NO! NO! You dare not do that. I could make an air inlet extension and a delrin cover.
BTW this one's my .22 with the trigger guard off for adjusting.

Western Airguns  Loose pieces on rattler 357

You beat me to the punch line, lol.

I guess see if you can figure how they go on or come off, and either bend them, dare I say, to fit tighter, or shim them one way or another.

Maybe it's a feature. Or compliment to the namesake. :ROFLMAO:
I used a couple small pieces of a shotgun shell wad plastic as a shim. It is rock solid now lol, good idea!

What Happened toDaystate Sportsman MKII (multi pump)

Hi Bob,

Yep it was a neat gun and super cool back in that era with the high gloss blueing and sexy walnut stock! Man just think, that was around a 1/4 century ago! That was about all I pumped it was 3 times after the novelty of the power wore off.

It was the one which steered me back to airguns again(thanks to Robert Buchanan) and to the sport of FT as well as meeting you and our other FT friends.

Wasn't but a 3-4 months afterwards I took it down to Robert and traded it in towards a Daystate Harrier pcp. Man I've spent a wheel barrel full of $10 bills over the years in airguns and equipment since then.
Hay speaken of Robert Buchanan"it was over 20 years i brought a HW100 front fill from him"i said do ya give senior discounts? ya ill took off $200 bucks" it was a lot of money then i still have it.I hope he still kicken?

FX  FX Maverick slug liner with pellets

I had a Maverick sniper in 22. It was very accurate with the heavy liner shooting NSA 27.5 slugs.
My M3 is sporting a slug liner as well. I shoot the same NSA 27.5’s out of it, but with a 600mm barrel. It shoots just as accurately as the 700 did on my Maverick Sniper. IT also shoots 23 gr Zan slugs and 23 gr NSA’s very well with the slug liner.
If you are wanting to shoot slugs I would suggest going with the 600mm barrel. I have tried to shoot slugs out of my 500mm 25 cal Maverick and the best results I got were sort of acceptable but not stellar even with Hybrids. The 600 is not that much longer but seems to handle slugs much better.
I have a setting on my M3 that I use to shoot JSB 18.13’s. It shoots them just fine out to 50 yards. I have not tried them past that range.

Replacing AEA (0.22) Mags with CARM

I do like my AEA 0.22 Challenger Standard Air Rifle (long/wood stock) for the money. My first PCP.
However I consider the 0.22 Mags to be weak if not outright defective...
I purchased the CARM magazine for the Air Avenger and was able to adopt it (Darko calls it a Franken-mag :) ) to my rifle using only basic tools (fine sandpaper, knife, and a file). What I did was more touch and feel than engineering as I was prepared to do.
No formula to give, but for bolt to cycle smoothly I had to open up the barrel side pellet hole just a bit. I simply re-used the broken AEA clear plastic cover plate as the spacer, yes, I could have turned out something better on my CNC, but only after hours of measuring, drawing, hold-down, tools and so on - and then like to need to do 'file to fit' anyway.
Have tested now with all my pellets and slugs and no problems here.
I do like the CARM design better, and I'm now okay until Darko comes up with a product offering, if he does. Bug him, maybe he will do it sooner?

Barrels  NLA 357 TJ AF condor barrel

I have a TJ 357caliber 25 inch barrel for Airforce condor not texan. The aluminum brackets need to be drilled for the Securing screws. Asking 180.00 shipped. Inside barrel is great. Outside is 97% give or take. Nothing a good polish or bluing wont fix.

Had it sold buyer flaked so up again

Would trade for a 24inch benjamin/crosman discovery lother walther barrel in 177 or 22
