Best fps for High Arc Hunter 174 out of a Rattler 357?
Nice looking conversion!! I really like the .25 cal. as wellHmmmm...
Extrapolating from that information I'd guess they could pump my 14.5" barreled .22 Sniper XR pistol/carbine convertible up near 35 foot pounds.
On second thought, since I use her mostly for Extreme Pistol Field Target competition on power-level 2 due to the 20 FP power limit, Black Betty is perfect as-is. Matter of fact after doing the convertible work I had to reduce reg pressure to find 19.99901 foot pounds on PL2; that dropped PL4 from 30 to 28 FP.

I really, REALLY love my .22 Sniper XR; however she required a (warranty) barrel replacement by AoA. I then did a LOT of tuning and tweaking, both before and after the pistol/carnbine conversion. All the details are in the attachment.

Water wetter is good , bir the Purple Ice works better.I know what water wetter is. I've been using it for decades in my motorcycles.
Thanks sir for the input. In your rifle's case, it's actually going to use more air at the lower reg pressure as the dwell time has increased. The upside though is I think the consistency should improve a little. In any case though, you should really be setting the regulator pressure for a projectile you want to shoot and at the power you want to shoot it at, and THEN, set the hammer spring tension to achieve consistency and efficiency. It about the balance between reg pressure and hammer spring tension.
It has some minor flaws that some folks think IT should not have for a 2000+ $ PCP . I love it but then I like to fiddle and the M4 is a fiddlers gun . So much power and long range accuracy . Mine is in 22 and I am shooting 25 gr pellets and 30 gr slugs !how do you like the M4? is it worth the upgrade?
A shattered wrist 47 or so years ago ended any golfing future. Wrists dont appreciate dropping 220lbs on them. Was free on a fast break, got up in the air for the dunk, guy cut my legs out from under me, arm hit the backboard, rotated head down, everything dropped on my left wrist. Took 3 other players to stop me from killing that little bastige...I don't know your age, but if you amortize the cost of that Boss over your remaining shooting years, you might decide that it's a bargain. Yeah, we all pay too much for our hobbies. But, you could be spending as much on golf and have nothing to show for it except a bad back! (my situation with tennis and shoulder)
● I have three Veteran Mutants with three air tanks I loan out to friends and family.
● I would like two or three to expand my loaner program.
● ...trying to convert friends and family [to airguns]...
After watching a lot of disassembly videos, and compared parts and part break-downs.I had similar thoughts, but from a glance they do not seem compatable.
i hope to find one just like that @ the shows this year .I won this Benjamin 132 pistol. It looks so new it's hard to believe its 50 years old.
The condition is incredible to me. I do not collect Benjamins but it was too nice to pass up.
Any idea what the real market value is for 132 in 100% without box or papers unfortunately?

I am scratching my head , Why shoot slugs at 30 yards? I can stack pellets one on top of the other at that range ,,,
Even at 50 yards with pellets if the edges are not touching , I need to clean my barrel,, I just don't get this slug thing.
3cuervos, do you know of any settings for the human regulator, hammer tension, hammer travel, and transfer port for my Benjamin Marauder?3cuervos sabes de alguna configuración para el regulador humano, tensión del martillo, recorrido del martillo y puerto de transferencia para mi benjamin marauder?
Actualmente lo tengo a 170bar disparando a 847 fps un total de 25 disparos buenos pero no logro subir más esa velocidad y quisiera llegar a 880 con jsb de 18.13 grains
Not many out there with the original sticker. Congratulations!
Did you mean that your Notos valve stem get damaged by too much pressure?
You can’t go wrong with a TM1000 built by Martin!I’m not going to take a chance and ruin my 8002. It’s just too good of a shooter to mess with. I shot it for the “one hole challenge” here on AGN. 5 shots at 16 yards that measured 5.07 on the outside. That was a very satisfying day. I’m looking at the TM1000 that Martin is making now. Any thoughts on that gun or others for HFT.
Been enjoying those difficulties for 79 years. They “ain’t” too bad!
With no intentions to jack Gunsndrums thread, I thought it would be helpful to update my progress with my chronically leaky like new Epoch...Thank you sir. Very helpful...
The response from Keith was this image with instructions to check the o-rings circled. It makes sense that a failure of either of the O-rings would cause the leak at the junction mentioned in the vid, which is my Epoch's issue as well.
I am hopeful this is the final fix if we find one or both o-rings have failed...

I was wrong and surprised, 42 states they are legal. But the feds do have a few rules you with which you have to comply. There’s not many States that suppressors are legal. Theres a movement to legalize here in California but I doubt that we’ll see it.
