I've been watching a lot of reviews on the DNT TNC225R and the 335R that I plan to buy.
Every single shot involves some sort of stand. The shooter takes 3-5 seconds to LRF range and adjust focus before a shot.
The birds I hunt do not spend that much time sitting still
Is it possible to have this type of scope for fast bird hunting as well?
Have it adjusted and ranged for a shot at 40m during the day. I walk around and have a few seconds to take the shot without adjusting the scope in any way.
Is the focus terrible when the focus is adjusted to 40m, and I need to make a quick shot at 25m, or 50m without any adjustment?
I already have a standard 4-9x scope on my PCP gun, but I would want to use the thermal at night and have everything in the same unit.
Found one example, but it's kind of difficult to understand how it looks in real life.
Anyone that shoots without a stand of any sort and does focus adjustment when holding the gun at the same time?
