Stocks/Grips/Chassis  SOLD Steve Corcoran HW95/98 Laminate Stock

Very good condition right handed laminate sporter style stock to fit HW95/98 or Beeman R9. Purchased new from Steve just a few months ago, and it has seen some use. However, it still in great shape!

Asking $300 shipped in the conus, or a trade involving a factory HW98 stock. If you have an aftermarket, target style HW30 stock, I'd be interested in that as well.

Price is firm and I can accept Paypal friends and family or add 4% to cover fees. Will also accept a USPS money order.

My email is tobinwebster at yahoo dot com

Thanks for looking.

Fill line assembly

Hi all,

I've mostly been using these fill lines from Huma Air.

Screenshot from 2024-04-27 22-33-45.png

These fill lines have a loose connection between the hose and the attached female fastener. So I find I have to be a little careful when attaching quick-detach heads to these lines. In the gap between the hose and the fastener there's a little teflon washer. But if I don't attach the quick-detach component "just right" it will result in a little leak when pressurized.

The problem is I don't know what "just right" is. Sometimes I get it right, but I also get it wrong often-enough to question what I'm doing.

Any advice for attaching quick-detach components to the ends of these hoses, so that they reliably don't have any leaks?

I kind of wish the ends had male fasteners, so there was nothing loose and no teflon washer was required. Does anyone recommend other hoses?

Clip-on NV vs. dedicatated NV scope?

I am considering upgrading from my current night time setup (red light on my scope) to a night vision setup. Long ago, when the homemade jobs were all the rage, I had one and it worked okay, but it was bulky and an pain to get on and off the scope. So now, I am considering upping my budget (~$350-$400) and getting something more compact, as my success rate with the red light is not what it was with the cheap night vision. At this time, I am considering two options - a clip on unit, like the Oneleaf NV100 and Pard NV007S, or a dedicated electronic NV scope, such as the Sightmark Wraith. All fall within my $400 budget, and as I see it, all have pros and cons. I see the benefits of the clip-on units being that I can switch calibers just by switching the unit to a different gun, which I may want to do if I'm havnig trouble with something larger than rats. Cons of these units seem to be that you either need to move the scope forward to use your gun normally, or you need to move your head back a couple of inches to see through the scope. Since I am not going to slide the scope forward on all of my guns just to do this, I am not sure if I like this option. The pro of the dedicated unit are that they can be mounted wherever is comfortable for me, and the con is that I can only put it on one gun. So, those of you with experience with one or the other or both types, what do you prefer and why? Anything I am not thinking of that I need to consider before I purchase something?
Thanks in advance,
Chris

PCP Rifle  SOLD ** PRICE DROP 2 FOR 1 LAST CHANCE Daystate Pulsar Saxon HP and standard Pulsar**

Amazing deal here, must buy both rifles, go in with a friend and get these at wholesale pricing. My wife and I have moved to a much better place and have room to shoot whatever. We need a larger caliber for larger pests.

ONLY trade I’d be interested in is a BRK Ghost .30 HP. That was bought as a 30cal HP.

For sale or trade, Daystate Polsars both .22 cal. They are both in excellent to like new condition. Both bought from this classified forum from quality members. The high power was new old stock when I bought it from member here. It's potentially the last high power ever imported to USA, it was found at AOA when they were doing inventory. They didn't even know they had it. When I ordered the Heliboard he was very surprised it had same board as the Redwolf. Standard power was a black synthetic, featured on The Airgun Channel on YouTube, I came across a green laminate stock and switched it. I do not have the synthetic stock. Both rifles have Heliboard and OEM boards. HP is LiPo and the Standard was converted to LiPo and can still use AA batteries, if desired. I installed small LED light under the cheek pieces to remind myself to swith them off. We all know why...LOL. Please PM and I will provide a phone # so we can talk and text. These both are amazing rifles.

BOTH RIFLES, shipped to your door to lower 48 ONLY. Shipped as one package in their own cases. $2200.00
The cut away foam was removed from the cases. I prefer cases without. They are much more versatile allowing accessory changes without dealing with specific cut foam.

Full disclosure,
I paid $3600.00 for both of these, new these would of been over 5K. Truly haven't shot them a bunch. We were always shooting testing other PCP due to I used to work at a PCP shop. These are my wife and I personal rifles. Love them. People that know Pulsars, know they are crazy accurate. They are a bit heavier than most rifles.

Thanks for looking
Phillip

N/A  Pa Airgun Show Results

Well, I came home with my money so that was not great. All the tables were full but little of interest to me. I saw one D75 that looked like it was dragged behind the tractor last plow season and another that was a walnut stock model and clean except for one flaw. The toe of the stock was cracked and maybe glued. If I had not just found another recently I would probably have been dealing on it. I had hoped to find a clean D54 in .177 but only found one in .22 which I already have. Lots of what in my mind was old relics. A few nice break barrels sporting pretty wood but just a couple. I got to meet 2 fellows from this forum and enjoyed sharing conversation especially with Steve Herr, we seem to have similar ideas about shooting springers. There where 6 of us from our group of springer shooter who attended. Was it worth a day, yes if only to tell me I have had much better luck buying nice clean used rifles off the forums. I guess overall I was mildly disappointed but as it rained all day it was worth the trip.

Kalibrgun  My "working air rifle"

Those of you that are friends and have exchanged a number of communications via this forum over now a number of years know that I am very fortunate to own several superb airguns.

When working around the property, out of all of them to chose from, my .22 Charlie Frear:Georgia Airguns tuned Cricket Long has become my " work companion." Superbly accurate, reasonable quiet to my neighbors, being of a convenient length, and having a magazine that is not under spring tension when left loaded, it has become a real favorite.

Today, two cowbirds, a crow, and a sparrow all placed themselves on spots with good pellet backstops and inside of 75 yards, a real mistake for them even in 15 mph crossings winds.

It shoots the 18 Gr Air Arms pellets like a laser at an average of 975 fps, and capable of holding 300 bar, has a great shot count available to hang out with me all day.

Wind - pellets vs slugs - amazing difference

I finished my chores for the day and pulled my always superb .25 RAW (pre AirForce) out of the vault and placed it on my outside bench, filling the magazine with hand size and weight sorted JSB King Heavy MKI 33.95 Gr pellets.

The wind was quartering in crossing at 15 to 20 mph right to left. At 85 yards the drift was about 1 1/2".

As an experiment, I pulled out the Uragan II in .22, with ZAN 30.5 Gr slugs. Virtually no windage adjustment needed to hit the reactive spinners at the same distances. And by the way, the Talon Tunes Uragan II is deadly accurate, too. Shooting sub moa groups with slugs about every group at less than 100 yards in reasonable wind conditions.

An interesting experiment.

PCP Rifle  SOLD SPF Original Taipan Vet Long .22

This is an original Ukrainian made Vet. It is Very reliable, in very good condition, extremely accurate with a large variety of pellets and even does a decent job with NSA 17gr Slugs. It will come with 2 mags, 1/2-20 mod adapter and DonnyFL power adjustment screw, fill probe and some spare Orings as well as a Pic Rail adapter. This is an unmolested example of these fine Airguns, only the Vet and listed accessories, no scope of rings. No doubt I’ll very much regret selling this one but I’m focused on HFT right now. $900 and split the shipping$ Glad to answer any questions, been here for a few years now with ’0’ issues over many sales.

Info on 3 Sheridan Rifles? Please!

Hi everyone,

Forgive me in advance as I’m new to the game. I recently acquired 3 Sheridan .20 air rifles, 2 of which are silver streaks and the third is a blue streak. I’ve done some research on dates of manufacture for each rifle, but haven’t been able to conclude with much assurance on it. I’ve attached some photos, I’m hoping someone can shed some light on age of each? I bought these as a package deal, only hoping to retain 1 so I’d also appreciate some input on which would be most worthy to keep. Thanks in advance, please ask any questions that are due!

Traditional Rifle  SOLD Beeman R10 & HW95 - $350 Shipped

For sale are a vintage Beeman R10 and HW95. The HW95 shoots and functions as intended, but could be probably use a reseal. The stock has some scuffs and scratches but is solid. The bluing is fair with some finish loss and freckling on the compression tube and barrel. The R10 is a project gun as it does not function due to a broken cocking shoe. TW Chambers has the old style cocking shoe available for restoration. The stock is damaged at the locking lever channel. The bluing is fair with some overall finish loss and freckling as well. Asking $350 shipped for both.

EDGUN PEAZY

I recently purchased an Edgun Peazy with a 500cc bottle. i filled it up to 300 bar and when i tried to fill up my leshiy 2, it just leaks whenever i pull the peazy trigger. ive swapped out the fill probes and it still does not fill the gun because it just gushes air. i used the same probe to fill up the gun via my air compressor and it filled it just fine. any idea what the issue is?

Karma  Red Panda listed at Pyramid air

Someone might have posted this yet but I did see it. Pyramidair listed the Red Panda on their site and it gives some more details . None in stock yet.

Steyr  Steyr new semi-auto range

I hope this would get Steyr more into the range/market of non-competition shooters :)

I own the Steyr Pro X and LP50 - they are my favorites over my BRK Ghost and Leshiy 2 which are just a bit behind. I´ve had many "high end" PCP´s, but Steyr is keeper for me.

It looks very promising - their PCP´s are very simple but the most accurate I have owned. You can but anything into them and they are precise! You cannot (officially) adjust much - they will be set up from factory 6J, 7,5J, 16J or 24J in .177.

The LP50 action - if you own a LP50 the ekstra parts will be available to make your LP50 silenced with a stock to make it a carbine. You can pick your own AR stock due to its universal AR stock fitting. So you can build your "own" carbine with the universal stock and 1/2UNF silencer. Very promising.

Prices. are not set - but Steyr are in the expensive range, so my guess is the LP50 action is around 1800euro and the Air models around 2600euro
