Was having problems with my impact in 30 cal stock mag feeding 43.8 slugs. They were turning sideways and jamming. So I ordered some side-shot, same problem. So I contacted Orion at orioniguanahunter.com. He developed feeders for 30 cal. that work excellent . He's a great to work with. Also got some suppressor and bottle covers, just have to paint them when it gets warmer. Thanks again Orion.

They do work well. I picked up a .25 and a .30 cal insert a few months back from Orion and they have been working really well.
I created another mod for the side-shot you might like. This one prevents the insert from tilting to one side, which causes feeding issues. The problem is with the spring once wound. This modification with the added washer will prevent this from happening and will keep the insert straight and prevent projectiles from dragging on the lid or the bottom case. I have had zero feeding issues when using 47gr .30 cal projectiles after doing this mod.
