FX IMPACT PROBLEMS?

I bought a Impact, I'm thinking it was from the first shipment to the states. It has been plagued with problems. I've had it serviced twice! Every time the problems were fixed. Curious if anyone has problems with the set screw that holds the barrel in place constantly backing out, and is there a simple fix to this problem? AND how accurate are the pressure gauges on it? My fill tank gauges show a average 3 to 500 psi difference than the tank Guage. I've
never been so frustrated with something.

A lot of people complain about the gauge accuracy on the Impact. The two on my gun are off from each other and the tank pressure gauge is particularly not right. It reads too high so when I fill I use the fill CF tank gauge and even then I tend to under fill a little.

Wiha makes a gauge that fits the impact. They are known for their accuracy. I have not put those on my impact but some here have. Perhaps they'll chime in.

my gauges are off by 300psi, I used thread lock on some other part also. I've since found someone today who is supposed to be top expert on tuning and fixing. AoA had there chance twice.
