Evol .22 Mini targets

What pellet does yours like? This is a high-ranking favorite of mine! And what scope are ya using? I just got a new Athlon 3x18 for mine.

I fill to 4k psi and get around 25 shots with 25.4 pellets. The reg is set to 2k. The only drawback is that it’s an air hog.

I was just wondering because I recently received mine but I'm only getting around 13-14 shots on a 4000 PSI fill shooting JSB 15.89gr at an average of 908 fps. My reg is set to around 2000/2050 PSI. I've made some reg and HST adjustments but still can't get more than 14 shots before it falls off the regulator using JSB Hades 15.89gr. I do love the way this gun is built but just want to get more shots out of it. Here's mine...

Fill the gun up to 4400psi. You will get more shots that way. Tom told me the gun will handle 4500 but the fist shot might be different due to the reg. I FL mine to 4500 with no problems.

The last time I filled a little over 4000 psi, I blew the high-pressure side of the o-ring and it dumped all the air out. So I now fill to 3500-3700 psi. I'm glad I got the Evol/Slayer barrel wrench because it makes it easier to remove the air cylinder. I think I need to start my own thread on getting the right tune for the Mini or get a hold of Tom not to hijack this thread. Thanks.

Thanks. I tried different moderators on the Evol Mini (30cal Sumo, 30cal Ronin, .25/.22 Tatsu, .22 Neil Clague 8", .25/.22 Koi, and .25/.22 Tanto) and my old Fat Boy tamed it down. I'm in the process of tuning with different pellets and fill pressures but the Evol Mini should be putting out 25-30 shots. Still working on it.

After some tuning earlier today, I managed to get 42 shots shooting FX/JSB 18.13gr at 837 fps. I started another thread so as not to hijack the OP's thread.
