What pistol did you shoot today

After waiting a week for it to arrive it showed up yesterday…my Crosman MK1… .22 cal…what a thing of beauty…never have I shook hands with a grip that felt so right…this pis probably hasn’t been shot in over 40 + years…seals were rock hard…it broke my pellets trying to get the piercing pin seal out…I was able to get the bolt seal on as well…popped a new power-let in and perfect no leaks….held air overnight..was up at the crack of dawn to test fire it…shot 25 rounds off the bag at 10 meters…did very well for not having my coffee yet

Those MK1’s are true keepers. One of the most iconic Co2 pistols ever made, IMO, and one of my favorite shooters. Stock up on extra seals and valves, because you’ll be shooting that thing for many years to come 👍

Yes they are…I felt like I was shaking my own hand …I closed my eyes and lowered the pistol and opened my eyes and the sight picture was dead on …the cant was perfect…so how do I explain it to all the other guns that they will be taking a back seat for awhile…Mr Reximex has quite the chip on his shoulder now…lol..he is having his 1st birthday today…lol

I shot my Crosman 1701 S at 1/10th scale NRA Silhouette animals 10 chickens at 10 yds, 10 pigs at 12.5 yds, 10 turkeys at 15 yds and 10 Rams at 18 yds.

Results - 7/10 chickens, 8/10 pigs, 7/10 turkeys and 5/10 rams.

My animals are 1/4 inch thick and just about the limit for a 5 ft-lb pistol, but they go down and you don't have to chase them 10 feet to find them.

Nice shooting! Looks like lots of fun!
I have two sets of the 1/10 Silhos ordered from Quality Targets, should be here soon so I'll be giving them a try with my pistols.
Do you shoot offhand? One or two handed?
You didn't include a pic of your 1701P? Open sights or ?? I think I need one of those!!

I just go in my 2nd Crosman # 38T In .177 cal delivered today…It’s like new in the box..original price tag was $29.47 in September 1976…still has the tag on the grip handle looks like it was shot a couple of time and then put away..wished they still had the paperwork for it.. I am hoping it still holds air.. I ordered a couple of kits just to have in the future days…as I suspected it needs a complete reseal job …looks like it will be a few more weeks to see how it shoots
