What does SA offer that a manually actuated gun doesn't... other than a faster rate of fire? Maybe it's easier to hold a cheek weld between shots, but big deal.
I'm not being snarky about it either, but really do wonder what the added costs and complexity would do to make my life better.
The only personal experience I have with SA airguns is with a pistol and it is more fun to shoot for sure....but also requires more frequent refills/ reloads in comparison to the guns that are not. The admission cost is high enough too for the SA guns that interest me that it'd be tempting to buy two or more of something else with that money. Just saying. But also not saying never...
