Bad thing is, I ordered 2 gauges from them. For both my FX impacts, mk 2 and my M3. So I have over 200 dollars in these gauges and they haven’t been sent and I can’t get in touch with them. Better than 2 weeks has gone by!!!

Don't panic. Even if they mailed it the day you ordered, it takes a long time for stuff to go through the mail now. I doubt a company like that would fold up. If I happen to talk to them I'll let them know thier email CS is causing problems...and maybe they should be more into communicating.
I have to make a video for them so I imagine they will email me back. I have 2 of thier guages and would like to put them on my M3...kind of afraid to mess with my M3 though.

What is odd is that when I placed the order I received a confirmation email showing that I received the order. Than a while after that I received another email showing a tracking number but it says that the mailing slip was made but waiting items, two weeks have passed and I look up the tracking number and it still says that. Plus emailing them numerous times and trying to call them. It’s almost like they shut the doors in an emergency!!!

Crazyhorsenova, my guess would be that they have some kind of system that assigns a tracking number when an order is received. May not require human interaction at that stage.

I don't know about catching up on orders. I ordered 2 and received 1 within a week. The other has never showed up. I've always had decent email response in the past but this time crickets. Not going to waste my time tracking down seller further so I just opened up a PP claim.
