Sekhmet Pcp Airgun Accessories

I heard nothing but good feedback about these gauges and company. Just wanted to share my recent experience. Ordered the gauge directly from the manufacturer, website stated it was in stock and available. This was August 3rd. No updates until August 6th when an email goes out stating "Thanks for your order and patience. Due to the out-of-stock of the chip, we stopped production for a while. Fortunately, we have resumed production in the last few weeks. The pressure gauge will start shipping on August 17th."

August 30th I email inquiring about my order as nothing has happened, except a shipping label stating USPS is awaiting the package. No response but the gauge arrives September 2nd. Unfortunately, the gauge arrived non-functional, will not turn on and I tried numerous different usb chargers the gauge will not turn on or indicate that it's charging. I paid very careful attention to align the charger pins. Emailed Sekhmet again but haven't received any response for 7 days.

Still deciding on what to do now. Does anyone have a phone number to call and speak with someone at Sekhmet?

Thanks,

Josh

Hi Guys, this is Fred.

The increase in order volume and the sudden shortage of goods caught us by surprise. I apologize for not being able to contact you in time.

Customers who see this post can leave a message directly to me. I will reply directly here:

  1. All the orders have been sent. If you have not received it, it must be lost. Leave me a message, and I will arrange for a new gauge. However, it is currently out of stock, and I will send them as soon as it's in store.
  2. If you want a refund, tell me.
  3. For customers whose pressure gauges are broken, we will provide a one-year warranty.

The lack of linkage between Shopify and Gmail has caused us to confuse a lot of orders. We will stop selling for a while and focus on improving our customer service issues.
