Personaly I prefer a good retical, and Element Optics, has a good one designed by Ted of (Teds HoldOver) fame.
I like doing business with people I know from years of following their work. Two of those folks being Ted Bier, and the Affrican airgunner, Matt Dubber, who are involved with Element Optics.
Here is Teds retical design in MOA measurments.

Element Optics, also has a phone app to calulate ballistics which is very handy whichever gun and scope combo your shooting.
