Here you go again with your “safety issue”. I thought we resolved that in your thread about it! Something along the lines of using the FX connector that’s sent with the rifle. Oh yeah, I forgot you didn’t get one with your rifle, and waited a year to complain about it!!I agree, but unfortunately in Europe that is not possible. In Europe the FX policy is that the sellers provide first level service. It does not work. FX has isolated itself from customer service just like they did in the US before creating FX US. I had this POI issue from day one with my Crown. The current European policy forces all product issues to be resolved at the retail sales level. Most of these folks have little interest in resolving these issues, as it is not sales and therefore adds nothing to their bottom line.
EDIT: As a recent example of this, I contacted FX customer support to alert them of the stock interference with their quick fill nipple and that a small 1.5 mm trim of the stock resolves this problem. FX's response was to contact my regional vendor in Germany for validation. I then tried to contact this same dealer multiple times by phone and email. This went on for 10 days before I got a response and this yahoo had no idea what I was saying even though I had accurately identified the fill nipple by FX part number.
FX haters at their best!
