Pyramid vs Airgun Depot

So I was looking at the Falcon 5-50X60 Plus scope. It's listed on Pyramid for 700 bucks, it's on AGD for 600 bucks. I hear these two are affiliated.
Pyramid has A- BBB rating. AGD has D- rating.
So what's the story here? Pyramid sells the refurbished stuff and customer returns on AGD?

They are described a sister companies. Pyramyd seriously took off after expanding their offerings beyond airguns related goods. Either or has been fine in my shopping experiences.

As far as I understood they are the same ownership. I dont care for the airgun depot website, Pyramid air is easier for me to view for some reason.

I've never had any problems with Airgun Depot or Pyramyd. I especially like the way both package & ship pellets. Had a couple problems with Pyramyd on the pellet packaging issue but it was years ago & they made it right & it's never happened again.

To me it's 6 of one, half dozen of the other.

I have purchased pellets from PA and they were shipped from AD.....happened a couple times.

I've had similar experiences with pellets ordered with one of them coming from the "twin sibling." In one case, an order for one kind of pellet came in a split shipment, from both of the stores.

With one of them in UT and the other in OH, I would rather order from UT just because it is much closer geographically.

As a general rule you buy from PA and they back there products 100%, Guns, Tools, Pellets, Oils everything.
When I go to buy I always look and see if PA Cary's it, If so they get my money...

I've had experience with both companys. For the last 5 years I've given my business to Pyramyd, following a rude customer service experience with Airgun Depot. I also enjoy doing business with Airguns of Arizona. Now there's a company what understands customer service. My experience with Pyramyd has been positive as well, except for long wait times on the phone. They have pretty well solved that problem with their "callback" feature. Lastly . . . Pyramyd has almost everything! Orv.
