Pyramid vs Airgun Depot

So I was looking at the Falcon 5-50X60 Plus scope. It's listed on Pyramid for 700 bucks, it's on AGD for 600 bucks. I hear these two are affiliated.
Pyramid has A- BBB rating. AGD has D- rating.
So what's the story here? Pyramid sells the refurbished stuff and customer returns on AGD?

They are described a sister companies. Pyramyd seriously took off after expanding their offerings beyond airguns related goods. Either or has been fine in my shopping experiences.

As far as I understood they are the same ownership. I dont care for the airgun depot website, Pyramid air is easier for me to view for some reason.

I've never had any problems with Airgun Depot or Pyramyd. I especially like the way both package & ship pellets. Had a couple problems with Pyramyd on the pellet packaging issue but it was years ago & they made it right & it's never happened again.
