Neat looking micro impact! Not much said about the specs & seems to be made to sub 12 , but still looks like a winner for FX.

From what I can see, they took the M4 Compact, added the Saber Tactical rails, removed the stock shroud and threaded the DonnyFL Koi directly on the barrel. All cosmetic.

30 cal with 600 mm barrel. Shroud stops at the very end of the long Saber Tactical top rail.
With a 500 mm barrel the DonnyFL KOI will fit inside the top rail and would extend about 1/4" past.
There never was any twist in the M3 spine. The twist was due to the aftermarket extended bottom rails flexing side to side with a bipod attached at the outboard end. The Saber Tactical bottom rail used on the M4 in the video would probably not flex with a bipod that far out.

Man about time, I made one 2 years ago and showed to FX of Sweden. 1/2 20 barrel threads just past the barrel clamp. Setup to shoot the .22 hybrids at 900 ft./s

I’ve been fascinated by these short barrel/long can impacts for a while. So much so that they inspired my Wildcat modifications.

Oh I should have clarified. The Wildcat is the only one that’s mine. The others are pictures of other builds I collected because I wanted them for reference when I started my planned M3 mini. Ultimately I became intrigued with the idea of seeing if I could give my Wildcat a similar treatment, and switched gears right before tearing into my M3.

Ive made mine few years back by cutting a 700mm in half to a 350mm.
Same setup with all ST gear and a Koi.

.22 hybrids at 900 F/S definitely interested In the micro, but it is under powered and only really harmonic at sub12 then I wouldn’t be in the market. But I could see the barn guys that clear pests for a side gig liking this set up for sure. Don’t want to poke holes in customers barn walls.

I like how the power knob on this instrument is shortened dramatically in length. On the Panthera, it definitely sticks out way too far.
