FYI, AoA has single-shot trays for the Blackwolf that are $20. They're not listed on the website, call to place an order. They're reversible L<->R. I'm loving mine!

Is the single shot tray made out of metal?

No it's plastic. Functions just fine though. I'm really enjoying it!
