    If I can grow my own food so can you!!! On my good days I can work in the garden. Potatoes, Bloody Butcher Red 🌽, Lettuce 🥬 Ryubarb and Squash.

    I'm growing string beans, onions, cilantro, basil, and broccoli this year. Normally I grow two kinds of tomatoes and either tomatillos or eggplant, carrots and beets. Gave up on carrots and beets and winter squash this year — two large a yield last year and freezer still full. Not bad for yucky weather in Michigan.

    I got my whole field planted in Wildlife Sorghum and Millet... About 2 acre's.. First time I got the whole field planted... Hopefully feed a lot of critters and provide privacy...

    @RM.510bigbore I’m actually experimenting with a few black oil sunflowers. I feed them to my chickens as treats. Good to know about the sorghum and millet‘s ability to grow in poor soil. Do they need good draining soil or can they tolerate low-lying areas?

    japenese millet is the only variety for wet soil...All other millet and sorgham like a well drained soil..will toletate dry conditions better than corn..Buy a bag of birdseed and find a area and cultivate or kill with chemicals..A hand spreader is all you need..Bird seed from store will grow and feed chickens turkeys and deer...

    Going to order some mini sd cards and learn to upload vidoes here..I have a Sightmark Wraith Mini 4k mounted up on my custom 22 condor 22 high power..Have a few ground hogs around the homestead to take care of..I need to vidoe and upload...Thanks for the support of AGN friends...

    Yes Pre-garden time...Gates open...Turkeys won't eat the Ryubarb so all is well... It is tough to get a plot statded with turkeys around they love digging through fresh tilled ground getting all seeds that you just planted.lol...I enjoy the turkeys, hopefully have 3-4 hens settings on Eggs this year...Big Texan thinned out 2 foxes this year..So turkeys otta to be happy...

    Just got another carrier tube installed in my Texan .510.. Sun shining here in Pa.. Im going to shoot 200 yards again..Wish me luck..Ill post a few groups..

    SO ? It was ypu that stole my sun, it just left Denmark in darkness.
    Fortunately tomorrow is a good day, i go to the range too even if the also have about .177 in perception in the hours around noon.

    3 Good Shots at 200 Yards...There is one .510 N.O.E mold Hard Cast Wheel Weight lead in locast tree at 200 yards.. Could probably resize and shoot again...lol

    My Big .510 Texan Got a paint job on My custom Free Barnett Crossbow Stock.. Got the carrier tube changed out .. Also had a wire separate on my Donny Fl Emperor causing accuracy problem s..I removed felt and screen and accuracy back.. Also cleaned barrel first time since hand lead lapping...

    Yeah got my big .510 Texan fixed today!!!! Changed out the Aluminum carrier tube..Screws stripped out..Can't wait to get to my other property and shoot 200 yards or close too...In time all good things come together...

    Reclaiming Pure Soft Lead today.. I went to the local scrap yard and bought 80 lbs of pure roofing lead in sheets or rolls..Today im going cut in pieces melt down in dutch oven and make ignots with a used muffin pan..with inflation Lead is now $100.00 for 80 lbs pure lead in my area.. IF anyone wants to learn how to reclaim lead for casting ill post pics... So 80lbs of lead will make alot of .224 high B.C Airgun slugs

    Hand lead lapping and Air Lapping sucessful..My barrels are now shooting NSA slugs and .222 52 grain spire points...With slugs the bores need to be perfect smooth uniform.. I miss custom barrels like Benchmark Barrels...But when you have more time than money ..Lead lapping barrels a option..from our grandfathers generations...old school

    In fire arms it is called fire lapping..In Airguns Air-lapping i guess..I fully clean my barrels and then take lapping compound and put on slugs..Shoot through your air rifle..It really does work on rough production grade barrels..You can start with 120 grit than 240 grit,and 340 grit to finish up..You have to fully clean inbetween different grits.. Im getting my best results hand lead lapping my barrels first and finish them up with air lapping.. David Tubb makes a proven fire lapping system for powder burners ..So yes it works if you dont have a real quality barrel than is lapped after reaming and again after rifleing.. I drilled and reamed 1000,s of production grade barrels that were rough....Know im learning to make them smooth and uniform... When i built and shot benchrest powder burners good barrels were cheap..I used to buy Benchmark 28inch stainless countered blanks for $230.00...

    Nice!!!!A factory Airforce 4500 psi super valve!!!! I want one to buy the valve and tank an upgrade my .510....I have 100 lbs of .510 650 grain spire point boat tails .5 B.C......Yeah!!!!!
