Remember, the hammer spring tension needs to be strong enough to open the poppet valve. The higher the reg setting the more tension is needed. It's a balance.

hi thank you for getting back to me, and yes it came with a factory regulator new, the only problem is we asked huma-air to set it for me at 12 lb which they never, we still don't know if it need's to be sorted out before it goes into the air cylinder, because you're meant to screw it at the top then underneath

thank you for your help and advise how many turns does the huma regulator need we've been told 2 then 3 we aren't sure tbh if you could give me some advice there please I'd appreciate it

no what happened is I got into the hobby after having an illness I went to the local gun club, after being there a while I asked if I could buy the artemis p15 from him, we've recently found out the spring had been swapped to an even smaller one, i had to give him the rifle at that point because I didn't know how to change the o ring's for it, long story short the rifle was given to him to replace the o ring's all of them had to be done apparentlyhi thank you for getting back to me, and yes it came with a factory regulator new, the only problem is we asked huma-air to set it for me at 12 lb which they never, we still don't know if it need's to be sorted out before it goes into the air cylinder, because you're meant to screw it at the top then underneath
when he had the rifle he said that he had put the rifle to 11.28 energy foot-lbs but we only recently found out that there are o ring's missing screws too short or not there, basically the rifle seems to of been thrown together 
wxxxxxs!! we noticed the spring is so small it's not even the correct size for any of the spring's for the artemis p15, 
I swear talk about having you're pants pulled down or what, but there's you're answer buddy... no. I'm currently looking for a spring and everywhere seems to be sold out lol thank's anyway Upvote 0

hey buddy quick question if you can help please, I did buy a huma regulator but as they never told me how to adjust it because they was supposed too, I given up on that one, but the Chinese regulator for the p15 do you know by any chance which way it need's turning to turn the velocity up? many thanks

ok thank you for your help and advise, we've been told it has to go ati clockwise for the velocity to go up on the Chinese regulator that came with the artemis p15. and was told to adjust it that way because the one that came with the artemis is apparently set up differently to the other's

Ive not dealt with the Artemis/SnowPeak internally adjustable regulators. I generally replace the internally adjustable OEM regulators on my guns with a Huma Air regulator first sign of trouble. But that has been FX, RAW, Hartley not Artemis/SnowPeak.sorry that's meant to say anticlockwise
My one SnowPeak is a Max 1 which is externally adjustable.
