    Why the DRS Pro?

That's good to hear you don't have the issue. But I can attest not everyone is so lucky. Like any tolerance issue, you might have got some of the good ones, or just not used them in such a way as to notice or exacerbate the issue.

    Why the DRS Pro?

I have somewhat unsubstantiated info that there's a machining tolerance issue with either the barrel inlet (the brass part) or the block, or both, such that the barrel wanders in the block even after it's secured with the grub screw. I have not heard that the change in pressure of the airtube is...

    Why the DRS Pro?

I'd put an asterisk there for the time being. The DRS has a shifting POI issue which, to my knowledge, is being researched and will eventually be fixed. I don't now how that will be made available to current rifles or if it will be a silent "upgrade" again. But I will bet money those parts were...

    Why the DRS Pro?

In PRS high round count stages are becoming more common, 15+. So for sure air capacity is an issue even with a .22 cal DRS. The 700 mm barrels can push the 40s in the low 1000s, but I think Francis / Chad were more like 980 with those Corbin slugs. I'm shooting the 40s around 965 with my 600...

    Why the DRS Pro?

PRS has the 49 gr limit. But now NRL22 has a fpe limit. So you could shoot 60s... but they're gonna be going slooooowwwww. There's no inherent advantage by caliber, it's all about BC. The longest shot was 240 on stage 4. It was a high angle so that was interesting. I thought the target sizes...

    Air Shootist's 2024 NRL22 Season - Write-up & Discussion

Thank you Mike! I really appreciate that. Regardless of finish I was happy with how I shot, and that was my goal. There's a lot more going on at RMAC than the COF. So I was really happy that the prep paid off, that the actual event was run well, and I was in a good place physically to give it a...

Karma Airguns EQ Trigger Adjustment and Upgrade Kit

I'm already toeing a political line... My comment was meant to point out that the original statement ignores and dramatically over simplifies so many things as to be nothing more than inflammatory. It leans on the same emotional pressure point as your statement.

    FX DRS .22 for NRL22?

Thinking about this, that's the energy of a "standard velocity" rimfire round (subsonic). High velocity rounds would exceed that. So I wonder if they're also going to restrict high velocity rounds this season (they were allowed in the 2025 season). The 2026 rules have not been published quite...

    FX DRS .22 for NRL22?

Lol yeah, same with 40s. It's aimed at people who want to try and show up with big bore type rifles.

    FX DRS .22 for NRL22?

Foot pounds of energy, ie muzzle energy. It's calculated based on the weight and speed of the projectile. https://www.pyramydair.com/widgets/

Karma Airguns EQ Trigger Adjustment and Upgrade Kit

And what results would satisfy you? The combinations of barrel length, caliber, and projectile choice (slugs and pellets) are exponential. I'm not fanboying Karma in any way. But the request for "evidence" portrayed as a criticism runs a bit rampant around here.

Karma Airguns EQ Trigger Adjustment and Upgrade Kit

How much more are you willing to pay for the same rifle? Statements like this are isolationist and reductive.

Announcing the Karma EQ Bullpup: Redefining the Power of Air!

Why is the rail so high over bore? :( In the promo vid the scope is just towering up there. It looks modular maybe? Could we get a lower rail if we wanted? Lower the cheek rest?
