    DIY Pellet Pouch

Been using pellet pouches for 4 decades, everything from original leather beeman, to modern crosman fabric. These here in the link below, are the best I've found with all the perfect features imo. Nice leather, perfect small size, magnetic closure, and.... Secure and quick metal belt clip. (I...

    Other Smith&Wesson 78G pistol grips.

Thanks marflow. I've never been the collector type, so no interest in a 79. Not a fan of .177 cal either. Just too small to handle. Shot them for a couple decades, and still own a couple, but .22 cal have been my go to Caliber for a very long time. The trigger on this one is stiffer than I like...

I even like the looks and feel of the plastic factory grips. I didn't anticipate that. I think I'm going to be ok with these grips. I did take some steel wool to them, to knock down the high gloss.

Well, I received my new to me S&W 78G yesterday. It looks new with no scratches or missing finish. Ser#0138111. I immediately disassembled it and found all the O-rings hard and crusty. By the looks of everything, this gun has never been opened up. The valve stem seal looked to be in great shape...

    The old Air Gun Nation

FYI, All Sheridan's are .20 caliber. No .22 were ever sold. Have fun!

Good attitude 777!! Last night I ordered a different reseal kit from"Baker Airgun". There kit includes a synthetic replacement valve stem/seal. I wanted to have a backup plan. My new to me 78G is out for delivery today. I'll report back what I find with this one, after I open it up. Have fun

Good work marflow. I've done similar seal making. Great idea with the dowel centering fixture. I have all the punches. I've read all the reseal posts, and blogs, and videos. I've done the work "in my minds eye", about a dozen times so I'm confident to do the job. I've been airgun smithing for...

Yup, that sounds like me lol. I'm looking forward to disassembling this pistol, and cleaning and polishing the internals. I have the seals, but I'm cautiously waiting to see the condition of the valve, and it's seat.

PCP Pistol Smith&Wesson 78G walnut grips

I know this is a long shot. I'm looking to purchase a set of after market walnut grips for my newly acquired S&W model 78G CO2 pistol. Condition doesn't matter! I'm not looking for a deal. Tell me what you have. Thanks, Scott

Daisy I was gifted 2 air pistols, a Beeman 800 and a Daisy 717. I need some help please.

JGairguns.com, have OEM foam oil wiper washers, and various other parts for that gun. I just acquired a D777, and like others said, very easy to work on. Just Google "Daisy 717 air pistol reseal" you'll see some informative details & videos. I've resealed many of the giss guns, (your 800). They...

Thank you 777. I think I see what you mean. Once I receive the pistol, (in a few days), I'll be able to better assess what I would need/want to do. Thank you for taking the time to measure and post these pics. Very much appreciated!

    Other Smith&Wesson 78G pistol grips.

I haven't received my 78G yet, should be here in a few days. Looking at the pictures of it, the grips don't look bad, and may feel just fine, but I don't like plastic on any of my guns. I'm also a walnut snob which most of my collection wear. Lastly, I like target match style grips on most...
