Advise on asking questions about anything

Yes we've had an exciting last few weeks, weather wise. Last week it was 80° and sunny then storms and flooding. This week rain followed by lows in the 20s.

Advise on asking questions about anything

I've found it helps me to ask a "general specific" question first. Don't laugh, for example. Say, "I'm having a problem with my Weihrauch springer. Who should I ask?" The general (springer) the specific (Weihrauch.) Hopefully one of the 'experts' will follow up.

    HW/Weihrauch New HW30 Jr.

I glad the R&D department at Weihrauch is adding to their line of springers instead of dropping one.

What did you do airgun related today.

    I tried out my two scales and sorted a tin of H&N Sports Field Target Trophy 8.64 gn pellets. I sorted them into three categories. 1) 8.56gn - 8.60gn 2) 8.62gn - 8.66gn 3) 8.68gn - 8.72gn

    Diana Diana 34 ems woes

I'm not a fan of their EMS platform, I think is was a huge mistake to replace the 34 with the 34 ems. I would return it for a replacement if it acts up again.

    Diana Diana 34 ems woes

I have a Diana Classic 34 with the T06 trigger. It is a powerful air rifle. I was lucky to find it. It's a dream to shoot. You can see the accuracy below. That's a 1" 5-shot group at 60 yards

Supggestions wanted for a Scale for weighing pellets.

I was surprised how accurate and repeatable these scales are. I cut two 2" x 1/4" pieces of paper put them on each scale. Both scales weighted the same. Repeatedly the same. I'm keeping both.

Supggestions wanted for a Scale for weighing pellets.

That's what I'm thinking. My friend & neighbor is a deputy sheriff, he says our county is full of those amateur pharmacists.

What springer did you shoot today?

Thanks, I made those about 5 years ago. Some using 3/4" angle, some with 1" angle. Some with 1" tubing, and the silhouette rack using 1x2 tubing. The spinners are made from punch-outs that my son brings me. (He's a welder by trade, I weld as a hobby.)

What springer did you shoot today?

    I did.

What springer did you shoot today?

Thanks. I've got 4 spinner racks like that. I set them usually at 25, 30, 35, & 40 yards. I've got another rack just for my tiny silhouettes, and another at 60 yds. I attach a plastic tab so the chickens don't get lost.

What springer did you shoot today?

    Just north of Hattiesburg

    Question for Springer shooters

I have used UTG, Hammers, but now my go-to scope is Hawke Airmax scopes. On my R7 a 2-7x32AO AMX, on my R9, My HW50s, and my HW97K a 4-12x40AO AMX.

What springer did you shoot today?

I had hoped to shoot my R9. 177 today but the wind today kept changing directions, look at my flags. They were full left and a minute later full right.
