    Bunny Busted

We enjoy watching all the wildlife. Over my lifetime I've killed thousands of critters ... now at 70 years if age I give them a pass. Except when I kill for food (Deer). I only kill poisonous snakes, coyotes, and the occasional critter if it is destructive. I guess your bunny fell under the...

Anyone else spent way too much money on this hobby?

I'm Springer only except for a couple of pumpers and a few co2. When I started into this hobby ten or twelve years ago I ordered cheap Crosman springers then the Turkish variety mainly refurbs and Chinese clones and tinkered to make them better. After acquiring ten or so and putting cheap UTG...

    Airgun Anonymous

Well I think my wife knows of my addiction. Six leaning up in the bedroom, five in my closet, eleven under the bed, have a dozen or so in the foyer closet, two in the reloading closet, one in the garage closet. No I don't have a problem. Really! Oh and that's just the airguns, my powderburners...

From which point do you range your targets?

No but I do measure the distance to target the way they do. From stake to target. So by the screenshot below that's roughly from optic to target.

From which point do you range your targets?

When shooting prone, my hand where my rifle is resting, is touching the stake. The distance is measured from the stack to the target.

From which point do you range your targets?

I measure from the front of my optic to the target, actually from the center of my shooting bench where I place my front rest. I'm not that concerned, plus or minus a 1/2 yard doesn't matter to me that much.

    HW/Weihrauch HW 30

I got the R9 -.177 from Mike not the R7. It shoots like a dream. It had a tad of a buzz to start with but after 200 pellets or so it smoothed out. My R7 was a gift from a now banned member.

    Where do you shoot?

I shoot my AGs off my patio. I have ground level yardage markers every 5 yards out to 60 yards to my wood line in my backyard. I have a separate PB range out to 135 yds. I live on 20 acres and have another 96 acres where I can shoot out to 400 yds.

    Did Diana make a mistake?

I had owned many of the 34 Chinese clones and I wanted a true German made D34. Back in September 2021 I found one and bought it, it was one of the last Diana 34 TO6 Classic rifles that Numrich Gun Parts Corporation had. I paid $199.99 for it. It shoots so much better than I expected. I regret...

    DIY Plinking Ideas

I've been enjoying shooting tin cans at 50 - 60 yrd with my R7 .177 and Hw50 .22. But what I don't like is have to change the cans out. I decided to cut some 4" length pieces off of a old cyclone fence corner post. The post diameter in almost the same as a soup can diameter. I cut five...

Best Tips on Shooting a Springer!

I had a similar accident, no damage to rifle it fell on the carpet covered table but if it had fallen the other way it would have hit the concrete patio floor.

AA TX200 M3 or the Weihrauch HW97 and others

I don't have an experience with the TX 200. I really enjoy my HW97K in 177cal. I read a lot of posts on different forums by people who have both and it seems the Weihrauch HW97K was preferred most often so that's why I went that direction.
