Am I crazy or has the used market completely disappeared? I have not been able to find a single rx2 or asp20 anywhere. Even new ones seem to be hard to find. I've decided on one of those 2, now it's just a matter of finding a reasonably priced one.

If you have the standard marauder you could get a dovetail to Picatinny rail and then put a set of Picatinny open sights on. I would look for the longest rail possible so you have the longest sight base possible. There are a ton of options, something like this...

I didn’t realize about the warranty. The side focus and bigger objective of the discovery don’t seem as good as a lifetime warranty. How good are Sightron at honoring it?
