What pistol did you shoot today

Gave those two some exercise today. The CP2 wasen't too happy about that and started leaking. Time to switch out some old and questionable o-rings. (y)

Only the grip. The previous owner had wrapped the grip in wood filler to make the grip fit his hand.

What pistol did you shoot today

I was lucky and found this Crosman Model 88 (the Skanaker) for sale late last year. Today it was time to pull it out of its case, give it some long awaited TLC, fill up the Co2 cylinder and cross the fingers for the seals to keep up to their task. And lucky day they did! 28 years after the...

    N/A Target air pistols

I have gathered a few 10m target pistols over the years, and these are the two I use when I'm serious about accuracy and collecting points. Feinwerkabu P8X and Steyr EVO 10E. And these are the two I use when I'm not that serious about accuracy and have less time to collect the points...

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

Well, now the configurator is working, but the price...😖 I just bought a Steyr EVO 10e, so the P85 will have to wait for a while...😥

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

Not 3D printed. 3D means it is adjustable in 3 directions, plus the adjustability of the palm rest. But that said, FWB do offer a hideously ugly grip they call MeshPro that looks like something 3D printed... 🤢

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

Damn, that was a steep price, if that's true. 😲 I was hoping for something close to or somewhat below the price of the LP50. But that means I can probably be shooting a P85 throughout the fall. If the price isn't TOO steep...

    FWB 90 with electronic trigger

I don't know who sells FWB in the US, but a search for "feinwerkbau trigger" on eBay resulted in hits, among others a seller who is located in Canada.

    FWB 90 with electronic trigger

On the Model 80 and Model 90 you can use the triggers from the older FWB Co2 pistols and newer PCP pistols, and the vario-trigger from the P8X.

    FWB 90 with electronic trigger

There's a guy on eBay that's selling adapters for the old Morini CM162 and Model 90. It's housing a stack of ten AG10/LR54 batteries. The solenoid actually feels a tiny bit snappier with this adapter than the A220 battery. But that is a very subjective observation... I have switched out the...

What pistol did you shoot today

Thanks for the reply. I skimmed through the article, but wasn't able to find the name of the Finnish grip maker. Would you have any idea of what brand the grip is? I'd really like a grip like that, and I live in a neighbor country to Finland so it would be much easier to just order it directly...

What pistol did you shoot today

Very nice. :) The IZH-46M is one fine competition pistol unfortunately missing in my collection. :( What brand is the grip? I thought it was RINK for a moment, but the palm rest adjustment screw that's usually located on the back side of the grip isn't there...

N/A Is Your Favorite Pistol Your Best Pistol?

Best pistol = FWB P8X or Steyr LP10e (depending on if I have a good day or an average day). Most fun to shoot = Mostly all 5-shot rapid fire air pistols, but Drulov DU10 and FWB C55 stands out a little (there's something about those old 5-shot Co2-pistols that just makes me happy 🥳).

Accuracy great-until the pistol’s psi gauge dropped to 70bar. Normal?

I don't know the K-12 personally, but an average 10m air pistol will deliver in the ball area of 200 shots from a full cylinder. And most 10m air pistols fall off the regulator somewhere between 80 and 70 bars. So your K-12s behavior is as expected. 🙂👍

Dry firing....is it bad for a PCP?

Most, if not all, ISSF 10m pistols and rifles have a dry-fire capability. But that is entirely a function for training shooting technique without the "disturbance" of a shot. Dry-firing is very revealing. Even though the recoil from a ISSF 10m gun is quite negligible, it's still enough to mask...
