FX Fx Wildcat MK3 BT sudden power loss

I had a similar experience. The 1.5mm Allen screw accessed through the hole in the power wheel loosened on its own. Readjusting the Allen screw and a drop of Loctite fixed it for me.

    Thanks Tony @ Talon Airguns

Thanks to Tony at Talon Airguns. I ordered a Uragan 3 - .25 calibre with a 700mm barrel and red laminated stock. I asked Tony to set it up for 33 to 35 grain slugs. Tony delivered an airgun ready to shoot, and shoot well. When I got the chance to really play with it, I learned he took the...

FX Fx Crown: Front power adjuster doesn´t work properly

My Crown developed a problem with the front adjuster. The internal threads worked loose and the alignment of the internal ports no longer matched the labeling on the adjuster wheel. I dissassembled and realigned the parts, it then worked correctly.

    Is the Dreamline reliable? Good?

I have a Dreamline Classic 0.22 with the 500mm barrel. I ordered it from SPAW, they set it up to shoot Hades pellets. It has been utterly reliable and accurate. I have never tinkered with it, which probably explains the prior statement. I would not recommend a Dreamline if you are intent on...

177 Hades any one having any luck?

I've never recovered a .177 Hades shot at a live target. At 790 fps and 20 yard range I get complete pass throughs on birds and squirrels.

177 Hades any one having any luck?

Headshot; What speed were you shooting the Hades at? My Veteran was shooting very fast out of the box. I turned down the hammer spring to get the Hades at 790 fps. At that speed the accuracy is very good and it shoots forever on a fill. Hope you find a pellet your Veteran likes.

177 Hades any one having any luck?

How odd. I also have a first generation Taipan Veteran Compact in 0.177, and it shoots the little Hades great. I use it strictly for pesting in my back yard, all shots are right at 20 yards. At that range the little Veteran hits exactly where I aim.

    FX Crown transfer port

I ran into a problem with my Crown MK II, while trying to push slugs at higher velocities. The front dial marked High / Medium / Low worked loose and the internal ports were out of alignment. High on the dial was not the maximum port opening. This limited the power and speed obtainable. I...

    Garmin Chronograph

Beerthief; It will clock archery equipment. The speeds you list shouldn't be a problem.

    FX Wildcat Mk3 + H&N Mk2 slugs = Magic

I've got the compact with the 500 mm long barrel.

    Garmin Chronograph

As previously mentioned the Garmin is more reliable, it does not miss shots. If all you use are air guns, it may be harder to justify the cost difference compared to the original FX chronograph. Since I also reload for powder burners the FX alone will not work for me. I got the Garmin for my...

FX - time to move on?

Volvo cars are Chinese owned. The commercial trucks and construction equipment are not.

    Orion FX magazine

I've bought several magazines from Orion. They all work great. They especially work better than the FX OEM magazines for slugs. Mine are all the original older style. I haven't bought any of the new ones with the removable lid. His magazines do hold slightly less ammo, in .22 caliber his...

What is the best aftermarket magazine for fx wildcat ?

Orion. I prefer them to the CARM, plus they are made right here in the USA. No worries about Customs.
