Benjamin Need help with stuck slugs in Bulldog barrel

What tools do you have to work with? How far into the barrel are the slugs? I'd certainly try tapping with a *hardwood* dowel first, but three slugs sounds ambitious. You *can* safely drill out the center of the slugs if you are able to put together a drill extension and bush it with delrin...

Airguns That You Broke, Received Broken, or Just Broke and You Never Fixed

SK-19. Though I haven't really given up on it, I just haven't gotten around to repairing it. It started to leak under warranty and I took it back to AoA. It came back well sealed and worked until I had some brain fade and fired it with the loading gate open, which caused an immediate...

    Lapping scopes Rings?

Quality rings which mount on pic rails don't seem to need it in my experience, though you can lap just enough to see that things are bearing well. I like to bed with a bit of Permatex black (gasket compound) after using plastic shims to get optical center at my nominal zero distance. GsT

    Ballistol dropper bottle.

I'll keep using mine until it no longer works. I don't seem to use it as much as I once did (hence the aging gallon can...). Most manufacturers put an expiration date on their product that is well short of actual expiration. Perhaps the expiration is "worst case". GsT

    Ballistol dropper bottle.

Boy, I hope not. I have most of a gallon can that's got to be right about five years old... GsT

I keep Kroil in one of the Brownells bottles. No leaks in quite a few years. GsT

    Garmin Xero C1 Chronograph

Mine picks up reasonably rapid fire* fine. The screen is slow to refresh, but mine hasn't missed catching a shot at all, you just have to look at the string / session to review the data. GsT *Mine has never missed a shot, but I semi-qualified that because I haven't really tried it while...

Good Humor, what have you got.

Dr. Epstein, a world- renowned physician, was invited back to his hometown to give a public lecture. On the evening of the talk, the auditorium was packed with friends, acquaintances, and people who were proud of their native son. He walked onto the stage in the big auditorium and placed his...

    Careful when filling

It's been a lot of years, but that doesn't even look like a 3000psi bottle. It looks like a CO2 bottle. I cut a few of each down some years back and the 3000psi bottles were very thick walled - 3/8"-1/2". The bottle in the picture appears to be 3/16"-1/4". GsT

Info on 3 Sheridan Rifles? Please!

They're all garbage - you should send them to me for disposal... ;-) I wouldn't get rid of a single one of them, those are treasures, the likes of which are not made today. I'm a shooter, and not a collector, so I can't give you any advice as to which is most valuable, but I can tell you that...

    No target shooting anymore?

About a hundred and fifty years or so ago Beeman (IIRC) had a list of 'airgun games' in the back of their catalog. One outlined a competition called "mini-sniping" which used spent .22 long rifle casings at some prescribed distance and had some scoring and other suggestions. In any case, I've...
