Same initial results here with a 600mm superior liner and .25 hybrid slugs out of an impact. I'm still going to play with the tune to see if I can get them going a little faster than the 960fps I have them at now. I'm getting 1.5" groups at 50 yards with the hybrids but I haven't stretched them...

What a great time for airguns! Imagine what a gun like this with all those features standard would have cost 10 years ago. A far cry from what I was shooting back then for sure. Great review!

I just bought and returned an Ares. I liked the scope but there was very noticeable darkening of the image beyond 15x and a somewhat tight eye box compared to some others. I can live with those small issues at that price point but what sealed the deal for me was a tracking issue out of the box...
