    Interesting to know my case was not unique. As I stated before, my past experiences with Huma-Air were always very good. Fast shipping, good communication and, above all, excellent products. Maybe they need to improve a bit regarding employee's supervision and/or training.

    I agree. As soon as Huub heard about my case the problem was solved. The person with whom I was trying to solve my case was always very friendly and courteous. Just not very efficient.
