I agree. As soon as Huub heard about my case the problem was solved. The person with whom I was trying to solve my case was always very friendly and courteous. Just not very efficient.

IIRC Veteran, out if the box, is a little bit more powerful than Mutant.

You really have all bases covered with your collection! I have a Taipan Mutant short and would really like to know the mods/adjustments you did to get that 12-33 fpe tune. Have you posted that information somewhere?
