Unless you make the tools yourself, you could have that much invested just setting up to remove the cylinder ends properly. I actually thought that they cost more as well.

Your issue is the that the internal O ring on the cylinder end fitting is leaking. The ring that seals the end cap to the cylinder wall. WildCJ called it, those cylinder end fittings are in there gorilla tight, I scrapped a P70 cylinder trying it myself. Buy a new one, or if you are not...

The sights on it look to be correct, I would check it across a chronograph and proceed from there. You were shooting at 10M correct? It should shoot around 550 to 600 fps. Also, take a look and be sure that your front aperture insert is centered in the front sight. It is not unheard of to...

What stock configuration did your 210 Jr. Come with, the Ambi stock or is it handed?

The only thing that distinguishes the Jr. model from the standard model is the length. The shorter length is accomplished with a shorter shroud and a shorter length of pull on the stock. There will be no marking to distinguish the two models.
