FWB Feinwerkbau 800X air rifle cylinder

Same experience as above. The cylinder end pieces are aluminum, and on the fill end the holes to accept the 4 drive pins in the removal tool are not drilled very deep. Cylinder was clamped in a sized collet and a breaker bar was used to turn the removal tool. I made a witness mark, and...

FWB Feinwerkbau 800X air rifle cylinder

Unless you make the tools yourself, you could have that much invested just setting up to remove the cylinder ends properly. I actually thought that they cost more as well.

FWB Feinwerkbau 800X air rifle cylinder

Your issue is the that the internal O ring on the cylinder end fitting is leaking. The ring that seals the end cap to the cylinder wall. WildCJ called it, those cylinder end fittings are in there gorilla tight, I scrapped a P70 cylinder trying it myself. Buy a new one, or if you are not...

That guy is a good egg. I have bought oddball parts from him many times, and it is quality stuff.

What springer did you shoot today?

Weihrauch inserts will not work in that sight. That sight requires the use of inserts that fit an 18mm FWB front sight. The HW inserts are 14.6mm. Looking closely at the picture you posted, it appears that the ears of the insert are not fully seated in the front globe causing the insert to be...

What springer did you shoot today?

The sights on it look to be correct, I would check it across a chronograph and proceed from there. You were shooting at 10M correct? It should shoot around 550 to 600 fps. Also, take a look and be sure that your front aperture insert is centered in the front sight. It is not unheard of to...

    Other Walther 210

What stock configuration did your 210 Jr. Come with, the Ambi stock or is it handed?

    Other Walther 210

The only thing that distinguishes the Jr. model from the standard model is the length. The shorter length is accomplished with a shorter shroud and a shorter length of pull on the stock. There will be no marking to distinguish the two models.

    Well im out ...

I imagine that the shortage of spares is due to the number of rifles that got rebuilt, refurbed, or refinished during the lock down period of the scamdemic, and aftewards. Every body and their cousin had projects going to take their minds off of the erosion of their rights and liberties...

    Other Walther 210

A 210 Jr. Should be 38 5/16 inches, or 97.3 cm from the rear edge of the wood stock to the muzzle end of the shroud. Typically, the Jr. Models came in the blonde ambidextrous stock, but it is entirely possible that yours is a handed Jr. model. Either way, that's a real gem that you laid...

FWB *UPDATE* Feinwerkbau 150 - help needed

Hearing that the sled pins and trigger group screws came out easily is good news. That little detail means that you had the perfect rifle for a first time teardown and refurb on that model. By the numbers and no monkeying about required! You can dial up the velocity a bit with an ARH spring...

    Other Walther 210

You do not see very many of the LG 210s come on the market over here. You will see them infrequently on Egun even, if that tells you anything about scarcity. It is the last SSP 10 meter rifle that Walther manufactured, and was Walthers answer to the FWB 603, Anschutz 2002 Superair, and Steyr...

What are the chances that the heat from hard facing the breech would release the breech and fork assembly from the main tube? They are hard soldered together correct?

    HW/Weihrauch HW35E-Great Rifle

I do not mind the smallish Weihrauch script on the forearm so much as I cringe at what they have done to the butt section. Taken as a whole, I am solidly in the 'do not want' camp regarding the new stock design. Then there is the ridiculously high comb on the iron sighted 77..........:cautious:
