    Alkin w31 Mariner 3hp 220v Plug Cap/Amp Recommendation

I run my Alkin from the dryer outlet which is on a 30 amp breaker. In order to not have to pull out the dryer and plug/unplug every time, I purchased a splitter. This allows me to plug in the alkin whenever I want. Just cannot have both the dryer and alkin running at same time. This is what Im...

    N/A Best airgun oil?

Rc (radio controlled) shock oil comes in different weights. I'm unsure if they correspond with motor oil viscosity or not. However the higher the number the thicker the oil. I have some 50w and some 90w that I use for my monster trucks and sedan rc vehicles. I tend to use the 90w for my airguns...

Alkin W31 Mariner / good value?

When speaking with the people at alkin, I was told that unless I'm filling tanks all day long the auto drain is not worth it.

    Different CO2 cartridges?

I have purchased in the past co2 cartridges from this place and they were just as good as any other brand purchased locally. Also I believe the best price per unit if you use large quantities. I have purchased a case of 450 twice from them. Now it seems they come in smaller quantities, but they...

N/A Muzzle energy varies with pellet weight, WHY?

I copied and pasted that part from google, so if google has it wrong then idk.

N/A Muzzle energy varies with pellet weight, WHY?

It is because of the way the formula for muzzle energy works. Muzzle Energy (in foot-pounds) = (Bullet Weight in grains * Velocity squared in feet per second) / 450,400. For example, if a 230-grain bullet is traveling at 850 feet per second, the muzzle energy would be (230 * 850^2) / 450,400. So...

How old is that big alkin?

    CF Tank what and where?

From the looks of it, it is not a DOT certified tank. Highly unlikely that any dive shop or any commercial business will even touch it. I have that exact tank among my 6 or 7 that I currently have, but I fill at home using an alkin w31 I purchased about two months ago, at last year's price.

    CF Tank what and where?

Here is a scba fill station/adapter that I put together from 5000+ psi parts from a hydraulic shop. Fill whip with fittings are from Huma air.

    CF Tank what and where?

Filling it will mostly determine what type of tank you can or should get. If you have a way to fill yourself, or friends that can fill for you they you can get used scba tanks on eBay, craigslist or Facebook marketplace. In this scenario, you can get expired tanks that are in good condition and...

    Air Venturi Avenge-X/PCP newbie concerns

This is not official or anything like that just thinking out loud kind of deal. To get 16 washers I would try ))(())(())(())(( This is basically like the original that I posted in the same orientation but everything is double and comes out to 16 washers and the pattern is equal from both sides.

    Air Venturi Avenge-X/PCP newbie concerns

So I have several new regs that I purchased just to have. Two of which are the avenge x stainless steel and dimensions are the same and you can swap between the two types. That's the reason for assuming they are the same internally except older being brass and newer/ avenge x being stainless steel.
