I agree 100% that you should do your research before buying anything really. I know that there are some manufactures that offer 30 year tanks but im not sure if they need that special testing after 15 years or if they are built different than the 15 year ones and just require the standard hydro...

Just under the manufactured date says 30 year tank, so I'm assuming that all is needed is the standard 5 year hydro testing. Standard 15 year tanks can be extended to 30 years with specific testing. I'm no expert by any means just what conclusions I came to from my understanding.

Here is a bottle i was just looking at. Its also on Ebay. Its a 45 min tank that is dot certified and has the 30 year life. I did the math and comes out to about $20 per year not including the hydro testing if you want to get the testing done...

I believe petroleum products make orings soft and it's why should not be used. I think you can spray some wd40 and let it soak, but you would need to wash the part in soapy water afterwards. That's just how i would do it.

It may be an older model. I remember reading somewhere that Donny FL used to make them with a tighter (smaller hole) but later started making them a bit larger hole because there were many clipping issues. Just my opinion.

You may want to check the brass ring for cracks. I had the exact problem with my yong heng and just could not figure out why it kept leaking even after replacing the burst disks no matter how tight i got them. It turned out that maybe from heat cycling that brass ring has cracked in three equal...

No worries. I was able to get it on by placing the oring in some very hot water for about a min or so.

Here is the oring size for the avenger for the regulator. It took me a while to find the right size but here it is or at least what i found. They are a pain the the butt to put on.

Do you know if the bottle from the fx impact m3 would fit? I have one of those also and I upgraded the bottle on that one to the 300 bar version. Its the 580cc bottle.
