Well you aren't wrong. I had to tap them in with a dowel but they didn't jam. I just can't get over how damn tight they are. And I have like 1200 of them so I have to live with it!

Man. And they don't jam?? Just using my fingers I was hesitant to force it in because clearing jams on this gun is just such a fun time.

Sorry to resurrect this, but I bought a bunch of NSA .254 38.5grn slugs, and I cannot get them to seat in the magazine. Are you just forcing them in?

I've searched but I can't find it. Somewhere I ran across a thread where someone found out that there was a restrictor in the block for the UK market. It was very easy to remove. 

Do you have any others to try? Just trying process of elimination. I'm still thinking hammer strike though. JSB 47s shoot perfectly in my Uragan, so I kinda doubt its a pellet issue.

Gotcha, I wonder if they over filled it at the paintball place. That could cause hammer lock. And just the variations in temperature between indoors and outside could be enough to cause the valve to lock/function if the tanks are overfilled just enough. EDIT! It just occurred to me that the gun...

Holy hell thats a lot of shots. I haven't tried tapping out my .30 King yet, but supposedly I should get around 100 full power shots. Fantastic rifle and nice shooting! What is that wrap you're putting on the tanks? Seems like a good idea to protect the glossy finish.

I have a Talon SS in .25 cal. Love it. It's simple, lightweight, plenty of power and VERY accurate in my experience. 

Is this true for the .30 King as well?
